It is impossible to cancel a contract

It is impossible to cancel a contract with this company I ve moved away from Germany 2 years ago but they still charge me for the services - and I am unable to cancel the contract for no reason I have not see such a poor customer service anywhere Very disapprointing and frustrating Do I have to find a lawyer There is even no customer service phone line Lina thank you for the reply but my e-mail on this mail address are not reaching you I ve tried several times and it keeps returning Do you have any other mail addresses

Wow this guys are the big fraud I have

Wow this guys are the big fraud I have ever seen in my life We have have had previous manipulation from various providers So what happened was that Lichtblick guys came to our house unknowingly and with our Metter for electricity outside They just copied our meter number and and took the name also at the Gate and made a contract for them self And they started writing letters to us saying we are your new provider so fill in bank details and some information needed just like that funny enough we have never replied to any of their letters They keep bringing us bills to pay But we we never responded to any of this Now they sent us termination letter on a specific date Asking us to read the metter for them So I ask now I need the contract that we made from them that is all I need Nothing just The contract I need So I can just forward to my Lawyer They have failed this time Be careful never to even come close they are fraudsters They will pay back what ever pains they have made people to go through There is always a reward for the wicked They and their families go into sickness that no medicine can heal them till their fourth generation

Great customer service i m leaving a second review already To my previous review Lichblick responded with apology and asked to write them directly via mail meine-erfahrungen lichtblick de which does not function It seems like to big scale scam

High prices no customer support stay away and choose other alternative energy providers

Cancelled the contract on April 3rd

Cancelled the contract on April 3rd from 31 05 24 due to relocation today 17 04 it is still not confirmed no any feedback from Lichtblick at all

Zero customer service

I have been with Lichblick for 2 years I have constantly received wrong statements from them For example contradictory price plans a letter saying they owe me money followed by another letter a month later saying I owe them 2000 nachzahlung I have tried multiple times to contact them but there is basically no accessible customer service - call centre doesnt go through to someone and there is no response to the online form or to their email I will be changing my supplier and I advise not to use them

Never reply to emails non-existing customer service English is not spoken And very expensive Just find the cheapeast company providing gas CO2-neutral is just another lie to make you pay more for the same commodity
