Customer service severely lacking
The product is helpful but after I changed jobs I didn t need it any longer I was charged a second year not realizing it was a recurring billing I emailed about my life change and asked for a refund The customer service was terrible The company would not provide a refund despite my response the next day to the charge They should give you an opportunity to opt out of an upcoming recurring charge if they won t provide a refund Instead they wanted a meeting to discuss why the product isn t working I already told them and I don t have 30 extra minutes

A lack of customer service
There is a lack of customer service via email with no response The period date does not match the charging date on the invoice receipt that makes me a lot confused and despite cancelling the renewal on the last day of the free trial as per their reminder email they still sent the invoice and charged thereafter
