I had a somewhat complex requirement for my TPD Due to a number of old sporting injuries the process could have been difficult Jacob Seeary was great and I found the way he communicated and followed up with me professional and respectful of my time He navigated what I assumed was a complex process with the insurer very easily I Would recommend him and this business to others
