I haven t received any further assistance

I placed an order for 200 and despite being at home when they claimed to have delivered it to a safe place I never received the product I ve been trying to contact Life Cykel support but I ve only received one email suggesting I check with the post office which I did and it s not there It s been 5 days and I haven t received any further assistance or my paid-for product As a consumer I have the right to receive the product I ordered or a suitable resolution when it s not delivered and I expect a prompt solution to this issue

One of the worst delivery experiences ever

I have been waiting for my order to be delivered for more than a month now and it s still not here The company would not contact the carrier which first resulted in the product being returned back to them After this mistake they shipped in 5 more days The new shipment is sitting in Dubai for a week now and the company still refuses to contact the carrier to arrange a delivery The bottom line is - if you want to get mushroom products try to purchase them locally there are many better products out there Lifecykel provided the worst delivery experience so far

Disappointed

Disappointed in this product no difference after 3 weeks of using only have a money back guarantee after 7 days which isn t enough time to really try the product I feel like I got ripped off and fell for a scam My review for the products hasn t been put up on their website either sus Really disappointed in what looked like an ethical proenvironmental company

I tried them for sleep and energy during the day It does absolutely nothing Not even a slight difference in anything For something that is advertised as a coffee replacement and sleep helper this is just marketing BS AVOID Don t waste your money I assumed it was good from the little research I did seeing people s reviews on their website and Amazon clearly they were fake especially after seeing the comments here But I guess that is my own fault for not researching well enough I ll be coming here from now on for my reviews Shame of them for taking advantage of desperate people though

Disgusting customer service Tried to cancel subscription

Tried to cancel subscription they kept saying that they had sent the invoice to pay the difference in the subscription price They never did I was persistent and finally received it The emails and constant text from them while trying to achieve this Saying mush love over and over again Borderline crazy people I will use an alternative brand

Wow I was just at the gym and a nice fella recommended I try biohacking mushroom pack from Life Cycle Byron Bay but he did warn me that they bombard you with email spam and marketing even if you don t want it Anyway I thought I would check reviews before naively diving in THANK YOU to everyone who has provided such honest feedback here You have saved me a lot of angst No way am I buying this product from this dodgy company

What a stitch up

Having the recurring payments option auto-selected when completing the purchase through your cart is a great way to destroy trust with your client base I did not know that this was even an option until I had another transaction on my credit card statement I have raised this as a fraudulent transaction with my credit company Now I have wasted my money and more importantly my time to correct this issue This company seriously needs to review the morals it is based on

Mushroom kits didn t work

I bought the 3 Pack Oyster Mushroom Grow Kit Turkey Tail Extract 60ml Neither of the 3 mushroom kits grew anything at all I followed all instructions spraying water twice a day every day for several weeks Nothing grew I even put the tree kits in different areas around my home in case one area wasn t great The turkey tail extract tastes like pure alcohol

I was logged out my email and account so couldn t go on and cancel my subscription they took the money I emailed them instantly to cancel the order going out They said they would 2 days later it s arrived with my return label and now they re ignoring me trying return absolute con artists I just want to return it and get my money back
