The ease of the whole process- Dr appts are fast but thorough refills are easy the weight loss plan is simple and it works Unfortunately due to job loss I had to suspend my plan for now but will reopen when I find new employment Kayla was extremely helpful and understanding and gave me options to review in 2 months
