Complicated Online System Bad Customer Service Support
The Products themselves are great however their e-commerce website were one can order the products from are overly complicated and not user friendly I have been with them for years but had a time were I did not order the product until I got a recommendation and contact by my mum to lose weight I did the detox program But then when it came to setting up again my asap order every time I logged in I could not do it I contacted support they then told me to log in and follow the password code I tried to do that but on the Website the instructions were different again I had to contact again customer support to re-activate it I did so but then again customer support told me to enter another verification code online apparently only I could do that I logged in again and tried to find were I could do that it was not possible this forward and backward went on for weeks until I had enough and cancelled all my upcoming orders and my account I am used to making orders online I even have done verification online several times but believe you me their system is so overly complicated and overdone with red tape rules and regulations that not even Customer Support knows what to do On top of that the same goes when wanting to do a casual order without subscription same problem some of the products can be ordered in the UK or German but not in Switzerland And the website is so old that it has bugs and as soon as you try to order a product that is listed in another country it will throw out the entire order basket of products so you have to start all over again Select country and go through all the steps again to confirm an order The Products might be great but everything else is horrible when it comes to their e-commerce website bad customer support I won t ever order or buy products of them not even if someone would pay me to do so as it s too much hassle and stress that I don t need

After 25 years using their products they ve lost me as customer
I was a happy customer when I discovered them back in 1997 their products are of an extremely good quality because of their unique cold process during manufacturing Yet the company is let down by very poor customer service I didn t realise I placed an asap order their name for autoshipping subscription format to save on P P Once I realised the mistake I contacted them by email straight away asking to stop the order to leave the warehouse as the amount was quite high 160 silver lining was that I realised what a huge hike their prices went up as my December order for the same products was 120 but I got the computer says no response They agreed that not informing of a forthcoming ASAP order by a courtesy email is a flaw in their system and it catches people out probably by design Customer service told me to refuse delivery of the parcel as soon as the parcel got back to the warehouse they d give a refund Because that unexpected amount got me overdrawn I was quite keen to get my money back as soon as possible Once I got notified by Evri the courier app that the parcel was refused and on it s way back to Lifeplus I thought I d send them a screen shot to expedite the refund process Amazon and other retailers are swift in giving a refund especially for long-standing customers Yet every single interaction is with a different random Representative dotted around Europe they keep with the script and fobbed me off saying they would escalate with their account department From first contact back on the 11th of Jan chasing them weekly they finally gave me a refund 1 month later evri parcel status was in limbo because I threatened them with a County Court Judgement at the Small Claim Court Not long after my refund cleared I promptly asked them to remove my credit card details and close my account It s a shame as I loved their products but the company is let down by a very poor customer service and intransigent attitude You d expect more from an American company Maybe the European management is at fault but the logistics of it all is contradictory and not user friendly with a clunky website I also left because their prices increases are ridiculous almost 25 on some products I ve defected to Nutravita which has the equivalent products at a better price points

Lifeplus ask me to pay to return their product which I don t order
I don t place order lifeplus send their product to me and I find out money was taken from my direct debit I called lifeplus support for refund they said I should post their product to them with my money before they can refund me I was so upset because I didn t ask for it why must I pay to send their product back

Very toxic work place
Very toxic work place Do not work at Lifeplus Management and hr are very fake toxic people Salary is good but it s not worth it Forced to socialise When you just want to do your job and go home Too much useless unnecessary meetings Glad I do not work there anymore

I had to return my recurring order as
I had to return my recurring order as the website is quite complicated when you want to cancel The order was returned on 5th June and signed by the company on 6th June at 10 55am The returns policy states that it can take up to 14 days for the refund Messaged yesterday and was told that the return had only been processed on Friday last week - the 16th - and my refund will take another 7 days Really disappointed as they are quick enough to take your money but clearly very very slow to return I will not be buying any more products from this company

WebsiteAbsolute terrible website slow loading and unclear Before you know you are set to a subscription in my case 250 per month Now I want to return my order and guess what The return cost are for me ProductsAbout the products they claim to be natural and healthy well they use sweeteners Xilitol in the products There is no natural product with sweeteners The products includes Silicium dioxide and Soja what is absolute garbage for your body Affiliate system to get customers Now you are wondering if you know this why did you order Well they use an affiliate system where customers can introduce friends with a special link I trusted my friend that it was healthy and good First he tried to 2x my order value with other products based on things I told him You should get this and that etc I am happy that I didn t do it Now you also know why all this good reviews are here from customers If you want to be healthy get more focus and feel more energized Try real organic food get enough sun light spend more time in nature get enough sleep and try to find the real problem on why you experience your daily struggles instead of buying this expensive marketing garbage
