We had a problem with the initial tanks that were installed Got in touch with LifeSource and they came out and replaced both tanks Everything is fine now They were very responsive to rectify the problem We love the water now Would highly recommend them to anyone that wants a full house water system

Called to see about a plug transformer

Called to see about a plug transformer replaced due to the failure of the current one Rather than request an install i inquired about just getting a new one and wiring it myself Receive the new plug changed it out and it s working fine

Finally a non salt water softener

I have lived in this house for over 30 years The water in Sierra Madre is very hard meaning that there is a lot of calcium in the water which means that anything glass after being washed needs to be cleaned or it will spot But I did not want a salt water softener as 60 pound bags of salt are heavy and salt water is extremely corrosive LifeSoure was recommended to my by my local plumber I have had it for more than a week and it works extremely well

I ve had my Lifesource system for a few months I find I use less soap and detergent my skin is not as flakey dry and my daughters skin condition has improved The installation went perfectly They showed up on time got the job done in a timely manner and cleaned up after themselvesI would recommend Lifesource to my family and friends

I had a Lifesource whole house system installed in October 2021 second one as the first one was over 13 years old The new unit started leaking from the top used bypass and called Lifesource they scheduled tech to come out 2 days later and repaired unit very happy with outcome
