Five months with no replies

My treadmill has a broken part and I ve been waiting five months for help I first emailed in November 2023 they said they d check they had the part and get back to me but since then I have heard nothing I have emailed repeatedly for further support and am just ignored This treadmill costs thousands of pounds and has been useless for almost half a year Disappointed doesn t even begin to cover it

Pointless warranties

Good product but extremely poor aftercare I had purchased a treadmill that encountered error codes I had used lifespans website to try get in touch for under warranty repair to discover there s multiple ways to contact lifespan but it appears only 1 would work and give me an automated confirmation from their end that they had received my query It s extremely hit and miss for replies and months later my issue still hasn t been resolved I had to submit my service request multiple times to receive any communication A key reason I purchased this product from lifespan was the warranty but if you encounter issues the support is an illusion

Amazing

Got a walking treadmill and it s changed my life I walk so much more have so much more energy and it s definitely made a huge input on my productivity I used to have sore hip flexors and lower back from sitting so much but these pains have melted away

It wasn t easy to build as it was a demo but the elyptical is a good device Just the mobile app is not very good All in all I m happy

Excellent product support The belt felt like it was slipping and Joris gave me excellent support even sending me a video of how to make sure that the belt was tight enough Got it sorted out quickly

It was and still is a good experience because delivery to Latvija was fast I received not only LifeSpan treadmill but also joy of every day training in very busy work schedule

If you re a mum you must buy

I purchased a walking treadmill and as a busy mum of 3 it s really helped me squeeze my exercise it So convenient for the mum life style and would 100 recommend
