I heard good reports from a friend that had just ordered from this company and having been treated very unfairly at Monarch mobility I was very pleased to find a lovely carbon fibre powered chair I was rather eager to get it so I did badger them a bit but I chose a popular model and had to wait a little but once they had stock it came to the Isle of Wight within 24hours and I ve just charged it up ready and will have a play in the cooler evening air Denise was very helpful as were her colleagues that I also spoke to Overall a pleasant experience

Found the Lifestyle Mobility via google this was our first experience to have a family member in a situation that urgently required this service Searched and found what was affordable to our budget the product was promoted as next day delivery unfortunately after purchasing I was called and told it would be delivered after three days as there was a weekend I informed that would not work as this was required prior to discharge The sales team worked hard and kept us informed delivery was made the same day my dear wife was discharged Thank you

David was really helpful Very patient and he took a genuine interest in what our need was As yet we haven t made a purchase but there was no undue pressure When it is time to buy we shall definitely return to Lifestyle and Mobility and hope to see David again

Lifestyle Mobility staff are always extremely helpful I have made several purchases from them over the years Today Gary went to great lengths to demonstrate the mobility scooter I was interested in He is a very good salesperson Both Nikki and Gareth were also present and helpful thank you guys

Great customer service as very knowledgeable and courteous Very kind and patient with my father offering suitability guidance on a huge range of mobility scooters and answering all our many questions with ample space to test ride them all which he did until he found one he liked best Excellent customer service in then delivering this the same Saturday afternoon within half an hour Brilliant Would highly recommend

We popped into the Basildon shop to enquire about a mobility scooter Excellent sales service from David allowed us to go away to consider our options We returned the following week to make a purchase and David and the other staff were brilliant To cap off the top class service Azza delivered our chosen scooter free of charge and was extremely helpful answering my questions and demonstrating how to dismantle it for transporting in the boot Thanks for all the help

I purchased a Lilybrooke single motor Rise Recline chair from the Lifestyle Mobility shop in Basildon Essex and Gary the furniture sales manager went through all the chairs with myself and mum and mum found the right chair for her It was delivered with care and everything works as expected Great customer service from start to finish Would definitely purchase items which I have before again from this shop
