Be very careful with the small print 450 to insure my campervan in March 2023 Unfortunately due to an uninsured engine failure I had to return my van to the dealer in May 2023 so two months later Tried to switch insurance to my car nope can only switch to a campervan Ok refund please 90 refund from 450 That s after two months so 180 per month to insure my van Then told it will take up to three months for the refund to appear I will never use this company again

Policy Renewal Shock

I have had my insurance Policy arranged by Lifesure for the last two years I have ended my business relationship with them with immediate effect The renewal quote they sent is inexplicably with a different Underwriter from AXA to Zurich and they have recommended this with a higher overall Total Cost for Policy I have emailed them twice without reply and that has sealed the deal for me Why would you recommend a more expensive Policy through a different Underwriter and without any explanation whatsoever They must be seriously lacking in business sense of they continue to do this

loyalty counts for nothing

after quite a few years of taking out several types of insurance with lifesure I have been unfortunate that i have had to submit a claim on my touring caravan insurance I had to go through several people explaining myself and my claim then 1 day later I got a phone call saying that I had to pay another 173 immediately I explained that I have not been contacted by anyone yet who has said I can claim on my insurance policy I had not read the reviews on the company before and if I had known they have a very poor customer rating I would never have done business with them

Has only ever had a reply from this company All I get is then chasing money for a vehicle sold in July and I ve sent them my card details to pay and left messages on either email or phone none reply Other than a email stating taking me to court for a bill I don t think I should pay but can t when I try too

I wish I read these reviews before dealing with this company Needed to cancel my policy and it has so far taken them in excess of 7 weeks to process a refund and I am told it could be another 7 working days until I receive the funds It seems their complaints department is just there to finally deal with the request I have already requested Quick to take the money but not so quick to refund 2 or 3 weeks possibly but 7 weeks Will never deal with again

Shouldn t be allowed to trade

The only reason I am giving one star is because I can t leave it blank I took out car insurance through this shambles of a company and then a month later when they decided to check my licence details with the check code they decided they can t offer insurance for that car Therefore the time I was using my car none of my family was insured or protected and also now they are trying to claim money from me as I haven t paid my 2nd instalment as they cancelled my insurance Stay away from this joke of a company

Have had to cancel my insurance due to loss of income and vehicle this insurance company thinks charging 100 00 is justified for cancellation and are chasing me for payment putting me in financial hardship with no mercy Modern day crooks would not recommend them As for the actual insurance when I made a enquiry regarding an issue with motorhome they tried to bill me and claim I was in an accident when I wasn t Wouldn t trust this company unless you are confident that you ll not need to claim Scammers stay well away
