Lot of Cons a few Pros AVOID

Pros Nice Gym and has a cafe in front great classes for free Cons - Always busy and cleaning is not enforced between member usage at my gym- Pausing membership is difficult Let s say you have a vacation next month or made last minute plans and you need to pause the membership for a month they tell you that you should have told them A MONTH AGO about your last minute plans HOW Even then You re still charged around 20 a month for and paused months FOR NOT USING THE GYM The worst Con I left the gym for another one and cancelled a month ahead as they requested but now come back saying I owe a prorated amount of 20 for the last month How I followed the ridiculous rules and still got charged They are threatening late fees and maybe collections if i dont pay 20 Keep in mind this is a multi-million dollar org that does not have the consumer in mind I wanted to restart my membership down the line at their new Chicago resort-gym but clearly they do not have any empathy or properly follow their own rules

Life time fitness Discriminatesagainst disable people with service dogs Their people aren t trained properly This is not the 1st incident We were were assaulted and When we were behind a locked dressing room door Their associates banged on the door yelling at me very out They yelled through the door that I could stay but my dog had to leave That was after the management said they would have her leave us be too get dressed This was only a portion of the terror they caused me They followed us my service dog and i gym They mad us feel threatened fearful and attacked Them to disguise there action They had me escorted from the club They fused to watch the videos The district manager said for what These people caused us severe distress and all should be reprimanded They at the nerve to call me after suspending my membership looking at me for an excuse for using the family handicap dressing facilities This women said they re were 2 sides to every story and she wanted mine What crap They were looking to cover the clubs illegal actions Lifetime Fitness owes me the excuse Has anyone reading my reveiw had problems being mistreated at these facilities Please like my moments They need to make changes to the staff they employee

This place has become a JOKE TOTAL JOKE They used to care about their patrons Tonight they sent an email revoking me senior father who was grandfathered into our membership after my 66 year old mother passed away and sending an email they were revoking him for a non-compliant membership My father has become endeared by the trainers there having lost 80 pounds working with them after my mom passed The email I received in the body said it was from Darius but the email was Anaryiros and the signature was Jerry the membership concierge at Burr Rudge Being in marketing this makes me laugh because it also shows how little care they put into sending anything to their customers - because they DON T CARE It s a reflection of what a joke this whole organization has become - right from the top They raise prices on the daily water is constantly dripping in from the ceilings when the hallway isn t caving in at the entrance during the winter and they aren t even offering half the amenities they used to in the locker rooms The classes this summer have also been cut in half even though dues keep going up Now this revoking a membership via email at 9pm of my senior father I thought big pharma was the devil but know now it s Lifetime who has such a monopoly over this area in regards to the gym market people don t feel they can join anywhere else to get the same amenities I pray for the day when a great gym comes and wipes this behemoth of a customer service nightmare off the radar Then maybe they d get a taste of their own medicine - treating their patrons like a fly feeding off the dog crap on their shoes

No Warranty Company does not stand behind the warranty

I have life fitness tread mill that was barely used for 3 months It started giving speed stall error They sent the technician twice and he changed the board which did not fix the problem Now life fitness customer says that its not covered in warranty I have to pay 100 for technician to come and then another 115 for each hour of labor and 615 for the console My advice is to stay away from life fitness products

Club is disgusting the operational staff can be seen throwing tennis balls around walking with their AirPods in talking on the phone The membership concierges are a joke constantly have their friends behind the desk checking people in the friends DO NOT work for Life Time We had to wait to be checked in tonight because the night time concierge guy was upstairs chatting up female patrons for hours He spent my entire workout upstairs leaving the desk empty Like what the hell am I spending 156 a month for If I wanted a dirty nasty club that reeked since no one cleans with towels all over the ground dirt and grime I d go workout at AMP fitness and spend 20 bucks I know the GM is finally leaving as he should have been let go YEARS ago That being said I think the whole staff needs a rework cut these high schoolers young kids and pay some people who will do the job Right now you just have bodies Do better Life Time vestavia

garden city life time is a nice gym BUT its management is BAD GARBAGE When you go to become a member they treat you like a king but when you go to cancel they treat you as a despicable person Despite the fact that I informed them by e-mail 1 month ago and they said that we are canceling immediately they charged my account with the monthly fee both 2 months in a row I am mailing and writing to the person I received confirmation from please return my money His answer is there is nothing to enlarge After 10 days they only returned one of them When I return for the second one the same attitude continues You cannot insult me with my money be ashamed

Mean girls at work- I was fired for giving a 30 day notice I had shown up at every shift I was scheduled and even covered some of my co workers shifts I stayed after up to an hour and took 0 breaks No good deed goes unpunished To boot- they actually kept my money for membership fees with no intent to return them Will be pursuing this with my CC company
