I would not use this lender again or refer for anyone else Communication was great in beginning and then 1 month into it Justin did not answer emails or calls for a week Then assistant came into the picture She kept asking for information we submitted a month prior Then the worst of it was 5 days before we were to close they said there was issue and we needed to put all this money down we went from being told we would get 5k back to paying over 11k and just finding out week before Justin wasn t sorry he didn t take any ownership just blamed on underwriter He had 60 days to get closing together and we closed 2 weeks later Thank God we had great builder who was patient I would ask direct questions I could never give a strait answer He was aware of the 3 day rule for CD but would have us thinking we could close the next day It was horrible experience I had to do way too much math as the customer In the 2 weeks of us trying to work magic he proposed ideas that financially didn t make since or would be worse than what we had If we did not have the risk of losing our house we would have just found another lender
