The technician was very professional He did an excellent job on the installation He explained very clearly how to operate the chair lift We practiced having my husband go up and down in the chair a couple times and he answered all my questions He also told me I could call him any time if I have any questions or concerns

Michael and Eric arrived a little later than expected how ever they worked well together and finished up the install within 2 hours The chair lift works well the system was explained to us and everything cleaned up If I ever need another chair I want these two to do the install Job well done

Jovan was very compassionate and very helpful He went right to the problem He checked the entire chair since we have had several problems since its installation He adjusted several things such that we no longer even hear the clunk as the chair passes over the joints He is very conscientious and very thorough I am so glad Jovan works for LIfeway Mobility He has been phenomenal Thank you Javon for all your help You re the best
