YET TO MAKE UP MY MIND
I ordered an LED surface mounted light unit for the inside of a drinks cabinet It was delivered quickly and was well packed The Problem - although the invoice showed the correct item ordered and I was charged the correct price for that item the one delivered was a recessed LED light unit at 2 00 less Now I await to see how the company responds to my request for the correct item and how quickly not a good start SUPPLEMENT - Lightsupplier were very quick in responding to my problem The item supplied was OK it was just that the order was incomplete and was missing the outer cover to make it into the surface-mounted item I ordered I had the missing item by return No hesitation in recommending this company Thank you John for your service in correcting this minor problem

high quality product and excellent service
as a self employed electrician I have used lighting supplier 5 or 6 times since finding them 6 months ago and have only bought under cabinet but find them to be of very good quality and very reasonable price I also made a mistake with one order by ordering the wrong colour lights and found staff to be very helpful putting it right before the package was dispatched I have found that the website is well made as it offers all information required on the products as most website don t give lumens which is required with LED as wattage does not always correspond to light output I have now started using this website in favour of my usual supply merchants for my LED lighting

I am a nightmare customer and always get my numbers wrong but light supplier were absolutely fantastic with me so patient and could not do enough for customer satisfaction They were so professional and extremely helpful especially a gentleman named John Well done you My handles were and are absolutely fantastic great prices too cheaper than all other sellers Highly recommend this company

Great service and good prices
This is my second time of using this company and it wont be my last great customer service good advice over the phone and good products at a good price The website is well laid out and gives good descriptions for each product including advising if the product requires an additional driver cannot fault them at all
