First time using Liigu

First time using Liigu - was very impressed The car was there when we arrived at the airport and there were clear instructions where to find the car It was great not having to queue at a desk and to be able to go to the car straightaway and open the car with the app Damage on the car was very clearly indicated and the car itself was a very good new car Would happily use Liigu again

Top Platform A must

I don t know why I haven t tried this before Very good service I booked a month ahead Take care of me before the rental and explain very clearly step-by-step which avoid my anxiousness Extremely easy to find out the location and the rental until the end it s connected With Bluetooth and explain you well for the checkout Excellent it helps to avoid the transportation in the middle of Paris and can leave from the airport right away with your luggage to your home and enjoy your place and holiday I will try again next time I love easy easy things

First time using Liigu

This is the very first time I have used a keyless hire company so was slightly worried but the service was excellent from start to finish without having to join a long queue at a rental desk once we had landed Looking forward to using Liigu again once they operate out of Bergerac Airport

What an amazing experience Everything was so smooth from the beginning until the end The customer support is available 24 7 even on whatsapp We arrived at Lyon at the middle of the night and even though our reservation starts at 7am they allowed us to access the car already at midnight when they found out that our alternate plan was to sleep at the airport I will now exclusively rent cars via Liigu

10 10 the whole process was pretty easy There were a couple of things that were slightly annoying but of no major impact or nothing I couldn t solve myself We picked the car up from an underground hotel car park - which was free so no paying charges to collect the issue with that was that there was no signal to conext to the car underground so I had to go back up and then run back down while it was searching for the Bluetooth link 10 minutes to fix but at midnight was a little annoying The car itself was a lot bigger than what we ordered but it was a very nice drive actually very useful and 10 10 for spec and equipment The large waterbottle in the car was a nice touch Little issue 2 is sometimes it says no key detected inside the car when you re already in with your phone I found locking and unlocking on the app whilst in the car made it register Slightly annoying and the first time was pretty scary but was an easy fix once we figured it out Let the whatsapp team know when my flight was delayed arriving polite and quick communication Hand back was just taking photos and emailing as well as recording where you have parked it Am yet to receive my deposit but have been notified it s on its way back 10 10 would use again wish it was in more places We ve also looked into the European subscription service for the cars we loved it so much

Nice car from Liigu

Hello I initially chose Liigi because the car rental was not expensive Later I found out that everything was done via my mobile I was afraid it would cause problems But that wasn t too bad The app was very useful Communication via WhatsApp also went smoothly with immediate response Upon arrival at the airport we had some difficulty finding the car I didn t realize that I had to scroll down in the app for the necessary information Opening and starting the car was easy The car drove wonderfully Closing after the rental period also went smoothly with the instructions via the app I would rent a car through you again next time if necessary

Fantastic experience Everything works from the app including finding the car in the airport car park opening the car starting the car and dropping it off at the end All contact free and all worked perfectly Really nice car in great condition too Will definitely use them again
