Didn t receive full refund No customer service
I ordered three items all full price and refundable I returned them all within a week of receiving them and received confirmation that they had all been received by Lilly Pulitzer However my bank statement showed that they only refunded me for two of the items A couple of days later an item I didn t order arrived with no packing slip I have no way to return this item and they owe me over 75 for the item I already returned I ve been trying for two weeks to reach customer service with no response

Charged me for item ghosted me took my money
I ordered a dress with optional overnight shipping on 2 7 24 I never arrived Fedex stated it was lost and asked that I notify the shipper I sent Pulitzer the email from FEdex they have never responded Its 2 weeks later no dress no response and no money Pulitzer ignores messages And has stolen my money This company can t be trusted

long time supporter last time buyer
My girlfriend is a long time supporter of Lily and their brand She recently ordered a dress and a few other articles on their flash sale The dress was tagged with the size she ordered but was incorrectly marked and the other items were the wrong pattern and color She spent an hour on hold only to have an auto bot Tell her no one was available to take her call from customer service and hung up on her The website AI chat not automatically disconnected her The local store can t help her so they leave us with no option but to put a credit card charge back in because we received no item out of the entire order that was correctWith the prices that Lily Pulitzer charges they can afford a customer service department and they don t have one It s nonexistent The main positive to come out of this experiences that she has done with Lily and I no longer have to buy her these old lady patterns

Wish I could give NO STARS worst customer service on the planet No one answers a phone call bots run the chat and are worthless and online gives no options to answer questions or concerns Spent 300 and was returning an item under 100 that came with a FREE GIFT Lilly wanted the FREE gift back because I didn t spend 2 more Take your entire crap filled order back Never shopping here again Shop elsewhere Shop where there are people working and are friendly and show courtesy Will dispute the charges

Worst customer service Placed an order of over 1000 One of the shipments with items valuing over 900 got delivered to wrong address It took half a day to talk to a customer service agent to get situation rectified I will never deal with this company again

1st time ordering with this company received the wrong item Tried to call customer service was on hold for over 45 minutes I decided to try the call back feature the number called me back 2 hours later no one was on the line HORRIBLE Do not order from this company

I wish I could give this company
I wish I could give this company negative stars I was excited to place an order for an upcoming trip and bonus- there was rewards if I placed the order that day I placed the order and noticed a few days later that my charge on my card was still pending I called customer service to find out why Allegedly there was something incorrect with with my billing address This company does not follow up with emails or correspondence I was told they receive too many orders each day to provide such service Not sure how they survive There was no accountability or apology Products are cute but not worth the horrible service
