Kate has been amazing and so helpful during this special time for us I did not know much about wedding bands especially for him but she just made the experience so smooth and easy We managed to decide on a band within 15 minutes and it was the perfect one for my fiance not to mention the extremely fast delivery we were on a deadline Many many thanks again Would definitely recommend this company

Amazing service first of all The booking was easy and the offices are beautiful with a calm and professional environment The lady who looked after us was knowledgeable and friendly without pushing a sale or pressuring us The products are also amazing beautiful jewellery at a truly competitive price It was genuinely amazed and would have been a little suspicious of their authenticity without the certification etc Lily Arkwright are leading the way in making diamonds in jewellery affordable and ethical I m honestly so impressed and couldn t recommend them more

Friendly flexible and fast

I ordered online from Lily Arkwright and was assured of delivery before Christmas which was vital due to my vacation With deliveries always an issue around Christmas I reached out to the team to see if they could speed up production or give me updates along the way Production wasn t sped up however they kept me well informed throughout They were also really flexible to change delivery address late in the process All in all delivered on time and my girlfriend was super happy with the ring I mean she said yes and can t stop showing it off to everyone so it must be great

Nothing too much trouble

The staff were wonderful from the off so helpful with helping me to choose the perfect ring Nothing was too much trouble and the ring was sent out earlier than expected The packaging was discrete and the boxing was beautiful Couldn t be happier with my choice and we will be back for wedding rings

Renai is the best

My entire experience with Lily Arkwright was brilliant from start to finish I was a bit late ordering my ring and needed it before I departed on holiday My original delivery date was whilst I was away so I contacted the team to let them know Renai was in contact with me immediately to explain that they would try their upmost to get the ring delivered before I left They were reassuring throughout the whole process even when I became more and more worried about the delivery date The ring arrived early due to their hard-work and I will be eternally grateful for their efforts The ring itself is perfect and exactly as I had imagined
