Pathetic quality Damaged clothes

I ordered some clothes from Limelight 1 month back They just sent me damaged clothes There are 3 big holes in a shirt Furthermore they don t have any option to attack pics with comments on their Facebook page I sent them numerous messages i complained on their website n fon number but of no use they didn t answer back

Limelight I am appalled with your customer service I dont understand why you are holding onto my payment it shouldn t take 2 nearly 3 weeks for you to issue me a refund if I dont get my refund I will dispute this further Innsha Allah Limelight blocked me I do not reccomend anyone to purchase from them at all

Dont bother wasting your time Crap company

I have placed 2 orders on this site both times it sais thankyou for your order and you will receive a confirmation email to say its been accepted and when delivery is expected NO email received or reply to an email I sent them Thank god I did Cash on Delivery so no money wasted just my time Crap company dont order anything from them

Dont buy from them

I ordered on 3rd June I have called them more than 12 times I have messaged them on messenger whatsaap and Instagram I got promised my items within a week but nothing happened On messenger I got a regular message dear customer your order is not dispatched yet please wait bla bla bla I am still waiting for my order which I dont know anything about I would definitely not recommend any overseas to order from limelight their service sucks and they promise more than what they can handle

Pathetic quality clothe in gold collection

I ve been wearing limelight for like 10 years but this year limelight has disappointed me as there quality of clothe is pathetic specially from the gold collection higher price and lower quality Plus the staff on counter of tenth avenue branch is so rude and lazy

Absolutely shocking experience with Limelight Ordered 2 items back at the beginning of June 4 weeks later had a dispatch email with a tracking number that didn t work contacted customer services that said another week and I ll have my items anyway after multiple emails with no replies par 2 that promised a refund the clothes arrived today 22nd July 6 week s it took and I wasn t even expecting the clothes anymore because they had promised a bloody refund I was prepared to contact my bank to get my money back too WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Any mistakes by Limelight will not be rectified

When receiving an online order if there is any damage or mistake from Limelight - please be aware they will not rectify it It is risky ordering from them They will ignore any queries When they did finally respond it was to ask a question which was already responded to I ordered an item which was incorrectly labelled by them I was asked to send measurements and provide pictures The response was they had no information on the article Frustrating They should add in their policy any mistakes by them will not be rectified

Scam do not order

Ordered online didn t received a confirmation email but they charged me I ve been contacting them for 3 weeks no update on the order they ve said they ve escalated it but nothing How can you not find an order that you have charged a customer for using the order number and all other details provided Don t order from them unless you want to get scammed Lodging a dispute with my bank Get better customer service

Terrible customer service for overseas

Terrible customer service for overseas customers They dont answer e-mails or messages and dont update so you never know where your order is or its status The only thing they do very quickly is withdraw payment in my case within 2 days It has been around 2 weeks since i placed my order and still its in the last stages of despatch Normally in Europe the payment is withdrawn once the parcel has been despatched Not at limelight I do not reccomend buying from here Unless they improve their customer service
