I have been a customer for years and have never been disappointed I use suits chinos and shirts from Lindbergh almost daily Fast dispatch and everything is always very well packed Top quality for good money

Terrible experience

Terrible experience I ordered a suit following the guide size on their site 170 EUR The suit came in a different color and way smaller than I bought I asked for a refund and they made me pay the shipment to return the goods 45 EUR since I live in another country After the package arrives they returned only 5 EUR of the 170 the suit cost Luckily I bought through PayPal and could ask for a full refund But I still lost 45 EUR for something that wasn t my fault Do not buy anything here I felt so scammed

Return refund never recieved Despite a series of email conversation that lasted 2 weeks and despite sending them details of all transactions between my bank account and lindberghfashion pwt group A S which clearly showed the refund never happened all i was shown was a screenshot of an excel sheet from tbeur accounting dept which said refund has been approved and they cannot do anything about it

What a bad company

What a bad company Ordered 2 pants same model same sizes different colour Received correctly labeled pants but there was a clear difference in length in the 2 pants over 5cm difference So i contacted the support sent pictures they told me its the wrong colour lighting picture send new pictures with good colours and they AGAIN ask new pictures to clearly show the length difference 3 rounds of pictures later i am fed up and want to return return policy says the retour label is in the invoice mail BUT no retour label in the invoice mail If you want to send something back you need to deal with their crappy customer service again and get the message we cannot make the retour label ourselves our head office will need to do it First purchase from Lindbergh but clear for me NEVER again What a joke of a webshop

The delivery history of my package indicates that it was delivered to me even though I received nothing I was also not given any notice to tell me where he may currently be The delivery man didn t contact me either

Bad quality

I bought a cord pants from your brand at zalando in late November Unfortunately the fabric in the back of the pants is already ripping apart even though it s been used only 4 times No positive response from your customer service

Awful quality for its price

Awful quality Corduroy pants wide leg getting destroyed after wearing 4-5 times I bought also corduroy from selected homme not the best quality but 15x better than lindbergh an the price is same how are you selling this pants for 60 im impressed even zara does better And the sizes are wrong and small For this range i would recommend selected I would post pics but cant
