don t order from this website I ordered last week and not received anything while email stated that they have prepared the order and even a postnl tracking code is created Try to reach out to them via email and facebook still no respond Wondering when can I recieve my order

Ordered some yarn on there and it did not arrive it has almost been 2 weeks and shipping said MAX 7 days and if it doesn t arrive within those 7 days you should contact them So I have tried to contact them 2 times already and did not received an answer back Do not order from there it s a big scam

Worst yarn shop experience in the Netherlands
I placed an order on February 22 2024 for four skeins of yarn and a bottle of wool wash totaling 75 05 When I picked up the package on March 1st only two skeins and the wool wash were inside I contacted customer service immediately followed up again a few days later and even sent a final warning on March 11 It is now April and I ve been completely ignored No refund no missing items no explanation This is without a doubt the worst online yarn shop in the Netherlands No other online shops have ever taken my money and not delivered what I paid for I m now forced to report them to ConsuWijzer and I strongly encourage anyone else who had a bad experience with Lindehobby to do the same

I placed an order for macrame cords on April 4th and as of today I still haven t received my items I sent an email on April 5th to ask some questions and received no response I also filled out the contact form on their website and again got no reply There is no phone number available to reach them which makes the situation even more frustrating At this point I have no idea what to do or how to get any updates on my order Very disappointing experience

I ordered among other things some buttons and delivery was fast Denmark Netherlands but they sent me less buttons than I ordered and did not respond at all to my emails

I have recently ordered wool online
I have recently ordered wool online with lindehobby be I have emailed them numerous times no reply There is no telephone number to contact I didn t receive a confirmation order email neither I still have had no response as to when I will be receiving my order If I don t get a response in the next few days I will ask for my money back from PayPal I finally received an email with delivery date I received my order today It s just a pity that there s no customer service No reply to emails etc I ll give 3 stars I think it s better to register first on the site then place your order but I m still not sure is one will receive a confirmation email

Have placed a few orders with this company now and am very impressed Despite coming from Denmark delivery is as fast or faster than if i had ordered within UK Also postage is a little cheaper VERY quick despatch and good tracking info via RM The best prices i have found online for Drops yarn
