Beautiful house and fantastic service
We have bought a 4 bed detached in the new Perrybrook Brockworth development I can honestly say that it is the most beautiful home The sales team especially Dan have been fantastic and have done everything they can to make the process as simple as possible for us Dan still stops when he sees us to have a chat He s great The house had minimal snags and any snags we ve raised have been fixed quickly The site team have been so helpful and have done things they haven t needed to do just to help us out The house design is great To be honest I can t really understand the negative reviews I understand that each region is different but if you re buying in the South West you wont have any issues Thanks to Dan and site Yas and Luke

Chudleigh purchase
We have purchased a home in Chudleigh with lots of help from Hayley and Beth The whole process was very smooth and we were kept informed at event stage Every email was answered within an hour all snagging was completed with a couple of days and the house is lovely Absolutely superb all round

So glad I picked Linden
The team at Linden have been friendly knowledgeable and supportive during the entire process I experienced a lot of delays selling my previous property but Linden have been extremely understanding and patient My main contact Danielle has been an absolute rock she explained the process in detail helped me select my fittings and kept me calm when I was stressed about the sale of my last property The house is wonderful obviously there a a few minor snagging issues but that is to be expected when you buy a new build The on site team are really quick to responding to any issues I ve had for example my garage door was not latching correctly and they were here in less than 24 hours to fix it I m so glad I chose to go with Linden I d visited a lot of new builds before I made my decision and they are by far the most friendly and organised

Amazing team at Kirkleatham Green
A great experience from start to finish Ben Jack and Karl have been amazing throughout and made the whole experience really enjoyable Really friendly and helpful people who put me at ease from the start and went above and beyond to make sure everything went right Really happy with the house and the estate is lovely as well You can tell Ben Jack and Karl are really customer focussed and want the estate and the homes to be great for the customers and its shown in the build quality and the success of the estate Thanks a lot for everything So glad I decided buy my first home with you

Great experience at Walton Peaks Chesterfield
What a great experience I have had with Linden Homes From when I first reserved in February 2022 at Walton Peaks Chesterfield to moving in on 1st April the house was already built and nearly finished the whole thing has been a great smooth and pleasant journey David in the Sales Office was constantly in touch with me before I moved in and has been ever since just to check that everything is okay This really does make the world of difference Yes there have been a few snags same as any new house but nearly all these were rectified in the first month Nothing is too much trouble and I would highly recommend them The quality of the workmanship is great had a new build before and although a much higher value house with higher quality kitchen etc the workmanship there was very poor and shoddy - so consequently I knew what to look for in terms of poor workmanship and finishing - AND I m rather picky Well done guys you ve certainly got everything right

As a first time buyers we had no idea how to go about buying a house Linden Homes guided us through the whole process From start to moving in help was always on hand With the challenges of relocation and school children they made it all less stressful Now we are in our new house and loving it We are the first family to move into the development and have met our new neighbours who are lovely Thank you Linden Homes and a very special thank you to Debbie you truly are a gem
