Horrible customer service in Lindt I ve been a loyal customer of the Lindt store spending 60 each year However my recent experience has left me extremely disappointed Today my husband went to claim my chocolate using the voucher Lindt provided only to be told by the customer service person that they couldn t find my account What a joke This was not only frustrating but also embarrassing After years of loyalty this is how customers are treated I expected much better from Lindt Given this experience I ve decided to take my business elsewhere From now on I ll be buying my chocolate from Hotel Chocolate Lindt you ve lost a customer

Extremely disappointed
I placed an order as an engagement gift for a friend I got regular shipping updates and delivery confirmation However when our friends opened the undamaged box and Lindt box within it was completely empty I have been in touch now 3 times using the contact us form on the Lindt website and received one email weeks later stating they would get in touch with the warehouse I have heard nothing since Terrible customer service for such a massive company Please avoid if you do not want to lose money

Awful communication and lack of customer service
My partner ordered 40 worth of lindor and despited it claiming orders would be sent in good time we ve recieved no tracking no updates and when we submitted a customer service ticket no response Genuinely appalled by the service so far This was supposed to be a gift but now that s flown out the window Edit We also tried calling the only available number but we got transfered to a number that auto- hung up so useless

Empty Nuxor Chocolate Box inside parcel
Ordered nearly 50 worth of chocolate got the parcel on 11th July On of the Nuxor boxes was opened and was virtually empty with hardly any chocolate inside Contacted customer services twice now but still no response Poor service with no contact number Will be contacting bank soon to try and resolve this matter if I don t hear from customer services soon

Customer Services Don t Bother Responding
I made a purchase in store and tried to get the points from the sale added to my points account I was told they could find my email address but they couldn t add the points to the account so I contacted customer support to see if they could do it manually No response whatsoever I tried contacting them on Facebook instead again no response whatsoever I will be making an official complaint now but don t expect a response from that either

Lindt Rewards - NOT
This review is about the Lindt Rewards programme Having signed up for this in a very rash moment of madness I have to add I stupidly thought that by carrying my Digital Reward Card around with me I might get some discount when I next visited my local Lindt shop WRONG Having selected quite a few pounds worth of goodies I approached the till and politely inquired of the assistant if she would like to see my Rewards Card No that won t be necessary for this purchase sir was the reply So I then inquired if the card entitled me to any discounts No was the reply So I am left wondering why other than for Lindt UK to harvest all of my personal data and bombard me with emails that don t actually offer anything did I sign up for this My advice don t bother Anyway all that sugar is bad for your health

Lindt s handling of Christmas orders is a complete disaster I placed an order on December 1st and on December 5th I received an email stating there were delays with shipping I reached out on Tuesday to ask for an estimated delivery date explaining that I ll be away and if my order isn t here by Friday the 20th it will need to be canceled Two days later I received a response telling me my order was still in progress no surprise there So I followed up again with another message explaining my situation and sent another one this morning requesting to cancel my order and issue a full refund At this point who knows how long I ll be waiting for a response While I d prefer to receive my order I never expected Lindt to be this disorganized with Christmas orders Completely disappointing UPDATEAfter sending three additional emails including one where I mentioned requesting my bank to reverse the transaction my order has finally been cancelled and a full refund has been issued

Latest news i watch lead added to the chocolates since 2022 the in a court row My god the dark side of dark chocolate big cooperation can t trust no matter how pretty tasty Super markets not probably one bit natural foods Believe is was lead pesticide on the coco farms they want to still British ancestors farms we all dead then fed by sweet poison Lindt or leadt this brand Horrible historys sawdust to bulk up breads killing mainly the poor young children believe they still use lot of non food ingredients in today s food Buying these food just give more power to them

Dreadful service From Lindt
Dreadful service From Lindt ordered 3 items as Christmas gifts with a gift card order was late arriving one box of chocolates were opened with the security tab was open No idea if chocolates are safe but unable to give as a gift as they are opened Totally unsafe The free gift card looks like someone has hand stamped it with a children s stamp set it s hard to read and beyond disappointing for such a luxury company there is no telephone contact Only a 5 day wait for a reply email I wish I had never purchased these items Update 7 days later despite giving contact details via this site for contact heard absolutely nothing which really sums up this company s customer care- nothing
