I AM FED UP WITH THIS COMPANY They send you Emails that you CANNOT respond to they do NOT do what you ask them to do and after nearly 20 years as their client they OVERCHARGE you with each quote only after you get a more competitive quote do they quote you a fair price I have asked them to CANCEL my renewal 5 times and even after signing and returning their document for cancelation they still send me a new policy document for cover I have repeatedly asked them to STOP

Linea Directa Contents Cover Worthless
Our experience using Linea Directa in Spain is appalling They are well known in U K as Direct Line Our area Pedre a had a power surge It caused many of us to have electric appliances damaged Our TV fridge-freezer coffee machine were fried The Electricity Company provided an incident number proving this Linea Direct covered our coffee machine because it wouldn t switch on at all They wouldn t cover the fridge freezer as the light still worked They wouldn t cover the TV because it had power It also caused our main trip fuse to trip if you tried to turn it on Their contents cover isn t worth the paper it is written on Do not use them

Absolutely extortionate quote for car
Absolutely extortionate quote for car insurance i used to recommend Linea directa go elsewhere for your quote insurance Legal robbery is still robbery With the rise of car insurance being blamed on the cost of repairs etc why has the share price of linea directa risen 37 since April 2024 I think someone may be pulling the wool over our eyes

One star is a huge over compliment
We have a car insured with Linea Direct and we ve not had to claim so haven t had any issues Today however we attempted to add another vehicle we have purchased We re moving to France so only wanted three months cover until we are settled in our new home and able to sort our insurance there Despite having a payment taken only yesterday we were informed this was not possible and he would have to cancel our policy immediately So they would be keeping the payment as no refunds but would not be providing any insurance cover In effect taking money for providing nothing One star is a massive over compliment

Bad service and no response to complaints
I have been with l nea directs for many years and have had good service in the past However a few weeks ago I rang them to say that I would not be renewing one of my motor polices The lady on the phone was horrendous and said I could not do this and proceeded to preach to me telling me to carry out several tasks to do this I explained that I did not want to cancel the policy just not to renew it when it ran out I have sent at least ten e mails over the last few weeks with no response to my initial complaint They are great if you stay with them but are horrendous when trying to change anything They have threatened to renew the policy regardless of my instructions in writing not to

After filling a form to check the price an agent from Linea directa directly calle me and made a contract that I did not want to be activated until this week Today I just had a call with them about my payment for a contract I did not wanted to start and didn t even sign so far And instead of trying to understand the issue and providing a solution the customer support agent was just telling me that the phone call was recorded and that you accepted the policy when I clearly told them I want to wait until this week When I actually referred to their policy The Policyholder may unilaterally terminate the Contract within 14 days of receipt of these Contract Conditions provided that no claim has been made To do this they must inform L nea Directa by any means that allows the notification to be recorded without being required to state any rea- son She told me she needs a reason to fill in And then refused to proceed anyway This is not only unprofessional but a scam DO NOT TRUST THEM NOT A SINGLE WORD PS The answer to You have bad reviews on trust pilot was Everyone has bad reviews

How can this company improve Seize trading that s how they need to be investigated here in Spain they are nothing but criminal why do they advertise several times a day on local radio stations advertise prolifically in the local papers BECAUSE they loose many customers on a daily and need to replace them to keep the money stream going Customer service is the last thing they are concerned about DINT BE FOOLED DO NOT LISTEN TO THEIR LIES 9 OUT OF TEN CUSTOMERS RECOMMEND THAT YOU KEEP WELL AWAY read the reviews

Been with this company for nine plus years nine years
Been with this company for nine years I broke down after a few years with them to be told my towing allowance was fifty klm each way I would be taken to a garage an a rental car would be supplied We came to an agreement which suited us both saved them money and my time Seven years on I have the same requirement for a tow truck and to be delivered back to the dealer Since my first experience with the restrictions on klm I requested to have unlimited was given this until I contacted them to request a gurua This was not until I was given that my allowance was one hundred klm each way Though making sure I had full cover on I hoped everything in may policy No rules changed to suit Be careful when taking out a policy for the small print though it was explained to me in person that I had unlimited tow This only applies to the nearest garage within the hundred klm after that they will arrange for a larger vehicle to collect from that point to where you would like I asked for a rental car as was offered on my previous breakdown but was told only on accident So been left in the wilderness and no where you want to be seems their policy I questioned this then started saying well we can arrange a taxi this was only offered after pressure regarding getting home I find this company to be unhappy with taking my business to another company and will compete on the renewal of the policy I had no reason to change just once from the renewal been double from the previous year and same vehicle This was slashed nearly in half Most people just except the price We all are concerned about costs So we shop around The rule changes are to justify there cost at your inconvenience My car has been picked up to wait for the next week until a larger vehicle can collect then delivery to a point where it will be transferred to the smaller truck for delivery This was a concession by the company to avoid any cost to me Ten days then a wait for the repair Then delivered back how I don t know as the dealer has this responsibility Unlimited tow is by several vehicle s and weeks before it will arrive at the point My dealership is in total 477 klm from home and my allowance was two hundred plus sixty for good will gesture Only two hours an thirty minute to get to the dealer Will be there in ten plus days Wow what a service you believe you have until you need it Regards to all customer service and breakdown service of linea direct Karma is a great thing

My dog got severely bitten by a dog that Gad the insurance with L nea Directa After 4 months I still haven t received any payment from them Even with telephone calla emails up and off I will have to make a denunci There is no other way
