This company has no presence in Australia yet takes Australians money for public roads They also charge fees for using a credit card and gives you little choice Should not be allowed and they also have scammed the government to raise tolls with inflation NO PRESENCE IN AUSTRALIA

Over priced use of a Queensland
Over priced use of a Queensland road all toll roads My problem is small truck 2 two wheels one 1 axle in front one 1 Axle in rear 4 tyres on it lumped in withsemi-trailer or LARGE road transport truck I say it price gouging I call that a rip off Even cars motor Bikes are over the top Also tried to talk about it by email but get no reply by email or phone a month or so ago It should not be legal

Awful company and awful system
Awful company and awful system No clear signage for toll roads They won t tell you if you have been through a toll road to pay for it so that they can charge you a late fee and admin charge for sending it to you They don t have a proper reason as to why they can t tell you if you have been through a toll road Basically impossible to use as a tourist A scamming money grabbing company

They make it difficult to pay your bill
I received a bill for a trip that I did not take The trip was made by a family member while I am overseas That family member tried to pay to bill but could find no way to do it on Linkt s website In the meantime my credit card details were stolen so I had to cancel the card This left me with no way to pay the bill I called Linkt and they wouldn t give me a BPay method until I proved who I was I m trying to deal with this from 8400km away and I can t get a BPay number from them without proving my ID Does Linkt think that my cunning fraud scheme involves giving them money I did get the BPay details but Linkt if you are going to charge us exorbitant fees for using our roads the least you could do is make it easy to pay the fees you gouge us for

Poor systems and unethical business practice
Travelled on City Link because I missed the pre-Toll exit in late Jan Promptly purchased a day pass in the evening to ensure I don t get a bill from them Lo and behold an invoice arrived for 18 20 Contacted their call centre was told they could not match my car rego with the day pass Sent them my Credit Card statement as proof of day pass purchase Nothing resolved In the meantime another invoice arrived for 32 73 Made a complaint to their Complaint website which promises a response in 2 days It s now day 4 no response to date This invoice is now due in 3 days time If am sure the next invoice cost will be astronomical for a 3 20 toll cost for which I am not at fault which makes me think they do this on purpose to extract more money out of unsuspecting motorists It s poor business practice and unethical They should be ashamed of themselves

They are shocking and you have no choice but to deal with them and be ripped off with the ever increasing tolls on the poor quality and congested roads the government needs to step in and sort this out

There is something rotten in the State of Linkt
There is something rotten in the State of links com I tried to pay a 2 toll on line but there is no where to pay using my cars plate number But Started receiving text message to pay tolls on mobile numbers every day after this When the bill arrived it came to over 12 with fees mark up of over 120 percent Links do not want motorists to pay on line so a mark up can be added to the cost

Terrible
Terrible Kept calling me a different name even though I had corrected him multiple times Talked around in circles repeating the same things I had already just told him myself as if he was telling me brand new information Then would ask me a question of which the answer he just stated himself Made this a very long and tedious call even though it was a very easy matter to resolve and I was clear from the beginning why I was calling and what exactly I needed him to do
