I thought I would give this place a try see if their Cleanskin matches the quality of their competitors - placed the order and paid then tried to give delivery instructions - could not do so So I rang the 1300 number and was told that as a first time customer it was not an option - so I told the agent the delivery instructions - lift code phone number what floor I waited for over a week Then was informed the delivery was on the way Never arrived instead I received an SMS informing me the 2 cases were awaiting pickup at the local Post Office Called Liquorland 1300 and was greeted by a very helpful and nice agent who arranged a credit for me I have waited for the credit via my PayPal - nothing so called back again again a very nice helpful agent who copped my anger and who informed me that The credit would be placed on my account AFTER the goods were returned to stock That is going to happen when Is PO going to take it back It will sit there for weeks Now I have dealt with their opposition for a couple of years no problem goods have always been delivered Never again with this mob Absolutely appalling Dont get your goods delivered via this mob takes too long and then they dont arrive

Actually 0 stars The staff member at Southport Park Qld store falsely accused me of coming in to buy alcohol for my teenage daughter One I would never give alcohol to an underage person and two it s my daughter SERIOUSLY The particular staff member overheard an innocent joking communication between myself and said daughter out the front of the store and took it upon herself to yell NO not serving you today while leaning on the counter After being in shock at being yelled and treated like a lower citizen I questioned why she exploded with the law and the circumstances which is fine it is the law it s her job to not serve minors or people buying for minors but when she has misinterpreted an eavesdropped conversation IT IS NOT FINE I explained that she had got it all wrong and she allowed me in but halfway to my purchase I thought no she is not getting my money after humiliating and upsetting me with her poor customer service and accusation So off to BWS I went where no accusations were made and no eavesdropping of innocent conversations were to be had Immediately sent a complaint to head office brushed off with underage liquor selling paragraph after paragraph when this is not what my issue is about it is about the poor customer interaction with this poor decision-making employee No apology no nothing They lost a long time customer today due to one employess agressive service

BEWARE of Liquorland Online
I have never know a more incompetent online liquor service and in this current financial climate I would avoid them like the plague if you want a smooth delivery service I made an order online for a dinner party I was hosting the next day and received an estimated delivery time of 5pm I received a text message that one of the bottles I wanted wasn t in stock it happens I wasnt phased 7pm the order had not arrived so I rang customer relations and not only did the customer representative tell me they had not even packed the order even after receiving the text but it was unlikely they were going to complete the delivery as the store was closing I opted for a refund which still has not come back into my account 5 days later They gave me a good will gesture of 12 to use on the next online order I thought as a LAST CHANCE I would use the good will amount and when getting to the payment page it kept saying RETRY THERE WAS AN ERROR WITH YOUR PAYMENT YOU HAVE NOT BEEN CHARGED as pictured Well I WAS charged and of course as it didnt process properly via their online portal I didnt receive an order number I called customer relations and they kept repeating that as the order didnt go through I wasn t charged I kept repeating back that I could show them my bank statement of the charges having been withdrawn They told me to call my bank which is an absolute cop out and immensely frustrating as the incompetency is with them and their booking system I now have close to 200 waiting to be refunded to me both the initial refund that hasn t come through and the second charge which I disputed with my bank In this current financial climate this is totally unacceptable and unsatisfactory I recommend that you go anywhere else for your delivery unless you want to have all your funds withdrawn with no liquor in sight Thumbs down Liquorland you should be ashamed of yourself

The Gorokan and Toukley bottle shop is charging 11 for a long neck of beer The going price at every other shop is around 7 70- 7 90 and kept on ice liquor land are to miserable to even have them on ice in the fridge only Tradesman expect their beer to be on ice

Liquorland rude behaviour of staff
HiI am shocked at the obnoxious behaviour of your staff I spoke to on 28 9 2023 13 04 pm He encouraged me to go to fair trading Even the staff at Clemton park nsw store was not interested in helping this is where I purchased the goods I am a regular at the store All I wanted to do was change 4 bottles of sav Blanc to Pinot gris Pls check the call recording with your call center staff I left my number with him He said a manager will call me I never received a call On 9 10 called the call centre asking for a supervisor the fellow I have the name argued spoke over me deliberately and refused to connect me to a supervisor I am shocked at such a big brand to behave in this manner

Order never arrived Called them They apologised and said the order was lost in transport Would replace immediately Then the replacement didnt arrive Told this time the original order was damaged And then told the second order they were out of stock Then I would get it from the hub no that also out of stock Three phone calls later and still dont have my order So much for their black friday sale I will shop elsewhere from now on

Liqourland bought an independent bottle shop recently at Devonport and have resorted to price gouging immediately Prices of stock taken over seems to have been jacked by as far as 20 Staff at the counter say that prices change everyday Disgraceful

Ordered online and then received an email that this would take over 5 days for delivery Rang and spoke to a customer service operator and canceled order I can not get a refund until all packages are received by the store we are now nearly 10 days Have been tracking the items they been broken up into 3 separate deliveries each it hits a new delivery centre it sits for days By the time I get a refund it will be close to 20 days Don t use there onOne delivery service
