Fantastic short notice repair

The service department fitted me in for a repair at very short notice to ensure I was not left stranded They diagnosed a failed alternator while I waited and offered me the choice between waiting for a few days while they obtained a Honda replacement or getting a cheaper non Honda alternative fitted while I waited I was very happy to accept the latter and am back on the road They also gave me tips on how to reduce strain on my car battery as I no longer do long journeys on a regular basis BU63ZBJ

After 15 years of campervans it was time to go back to a car and Jake and Will were both wonderful at Toyota Grantham From the initial enquiry to handover Jake had the patience of a saint as I had a lot of questions and needed extra time to understand the technology of my beautiful nearly new Yaris Never pushy but accommodating at all times I ended up selling my van on the Friday and collecting my car the following Monday - loved the key ring If I could give 6 stars I would - thank you both

All of the sales persons who dealt with my purchase were professional and helpful at all times Although the waiting time of three months necessitated weeks of nothing happening I was always kept up to date on progress of possible delivery When delivery was imminent all personnel worked quickly and always made sure I was made aware of the legal requirements at each stage
