I have purchased products from Litecraft previously and have always been pleased with the quality and price I recently placed an order for some bathroom lights and unfortunately they did not arrive due to a problem with the Royal Mail delivery service I spoke to an advisor named Sarah who was incredibly helpful and she quickly and efficiently resolved the problem for me I believe the true measure of a company is how they address and resolve issues when problems occur which is why I have given an excellent review I would definitely use Litecraft again for future purchases
