Speaker not playing audio or AirPlay2 Following a few technical issues with the speakers I purchased through a reseller soon after raising a support ticket to resolve I d been in constant communication with Melvyn who was extremely helpful with suggestions I could try out in order to resolve But alas the speakers in this instance required a factory reset using specialist equipment Melvyn promptly arranged for a pickup of my speakers had them reset and sent back As of today it has been three weeks and the speakers have worked perfectly I ve not stood on a ladder once to reset them which I was doing at least 2 or 3 times to each pair one to two times a week So I d like to say Thank you to Melvyn and your team in the background that supported resolving the issues I had it is much appreciated So that was in regards to the service I received In terms of the quality of the speakers well whilst I m watching movies or listening to music I can hear things I ve not heard in the past through the TV or headphones The quality of the speakers is perfect and I d say reasonable value for the price

Great audio quality backed by outstanding customer service
After plenty of research I purchased a pair of the WiFi ceiling speakers along with the micro sub for my kitchen-diner The sound quality is even better than I imagined I would compare it to Sonos quality sound with a much more reasonable price Together the two products work seamlessly Despite its compact size the sub really complements the speakers and packs a refined punch I had some initial issues with setup and streaming reaching out to Lithe for support Despite purchasing the products from an authorised seller rather than direct from lithe the company were amazing at sorting everything out I dealt mostly with Melvyn head of support who was an outstanding help I felt reassured from the first phonecall In a time where companies are all too ready to sell a product and much less interested when a customer comes back to them with problems Lithe Audio really stand out Melvyn helped me with setup took the time to make sure the sound was perfect for my space and followed up to make sure we were 100 happy A credit to the team As such I am now looking at their outdoor rock speakers for the garden If you are doing your due diligence and reading up on customer reviews before deciding which brand of home audio to purchase I would and have highly recommend the lithe WiFi range backed up by a proper team of support staff who take pride in their work

I purchased lithe audio speakers two
I purchased lithe audio speakers two years ago and they give great sound and add to my home parties and keep the kids happy as a bonus the gave good customer service when i wanted help with placement

Great customer service
Great customer service Had an issue with my bluetooth ceiling speaker buzzing when no sound was being emitted Spoke to a chap called Nathan who was more than helpful Unfortunately for me looks like my TV is the issue as no issues when connected to my phone However during the entire experience Nathan couldn t do enough to help He also gave me another avenue to try to stop my problematic TV being an issue

Great customer service and after care
I bought a pair of Bluetooth garden rock speakers in 2021 I ve had 2 great summers using them in the garden with family and friends First time use this summer and they stopped working Contacted Lithe Audio and got a same day instant response from Nathan who advised probable cause was the power transformer based on the symptoms I had provided Nathan arranged a next day free of charge replacement which arrived as promised and I swopped out which resolved the problem Thanks for the great service

Great products and great customer service I own 6 x bluetooth speakers and 2 x garden speakers When I needed to contact customer support Nathan resolved my issue promptly and sent me the part I needed FOC Would highly recommend

Chewed speaker grill
Nathan in customer service sort My problem out and he responded within in minutes My dog chewed the grill of the ceiling after a worker didnt put it on right Shes in dog house nowLOL He emailed me in minutes to say a replacement was on the way What great customer service Shame other companies were so great

Bought a Lithe Audio Speaker in ceiling speaker and when I received it I had problems connecting to my Bluetooth as I m quite technophobic I called the Sales desk where a lovely lady called Amanda helped me within minutes I was connected and playing my music the sound was brilliant and I m now looking to purchase more for other rooms in my house
