The product is amazing I however insist on one purchasing the warranty with the product Right now they are overwhelmed with calls and don t return calls However when you do get someone on the phone the service is incredible Mickey W Senior Product Specialist was the rep who helped me The customer service was excellent I love the product

Excellent Customer Service

I bought a Litter-Robot III via an Amazon seller in 2018 I had been hesitating because they aren t cheap and it was a major purchase for me however I took the plunge and so glad I did as it made my life and my cats so much easier given I was out at work all day No more coming home to a full and smelly litter tray It worked perfectly until this January when it developed a problem that I couldn t resolve with the normal troubleshooting guide Couldn t get in touch with the original seller so I approached the parent company in America for help who put me in touch with an international customer service representative I cannot praise them enough they have gone above and beyond to help me and resolve my problem Customer Service on this scale is sadly not the norm these days but I wouldn t hesitate to buy from this company again given my recent experience

Superb piece of kit and super fast delivery to the UK

From ordering my Litter Robot 3 connect to it being delivered to me in the UK took just 4 working days Fantastic Make no doubt this is expensive for what it is but the build quality really is first class A luxury item for any cat owner Had it up and running and my cats using it within 30 minutes Superb

litter robot III connect owner

I have had my litter robot III connect for about 16 months and its well worth it i have had 2 issues during this time and the customer service promptly helped me get the unit working again at one time i had 5 cats using the one litter robot which gave it a workout i would recommend it to anyone who hates cleaning the litterbox

litter robot for the win

i have over 20 cats 5 litter robots if i wasn t out of space i would purchase more getting ahold of customer service sucks sometimes but 9 10 times i get someone incredibly helpful these machines are appliances they require maintenance you have to clean them sometimes things go wrong nothing is more frustrating but CS is always eager to send me out the part or walk me through it i have no regrets

Love this litter box just wish litter

Love this litter box just wish litter holding box underneath was larger With my two big cats I have to change bag every two days If u have this box u would never think twice about being owned by a feline Thank u Litter Robot for making life with my cats so much easier By the way total litter change and cleaning inside of box couldn t be easier

Got mine yesterday

Got mine yesterday Wow Big price but a great thought out machine I have 4 cats and litter tray is almost full I am still transfixed at the cycle

What a life change

I love my litter robot It arrived a month ago and we had a small problem with the plug because we ordered from Ireland EU but in Ireland we use the UK plug I spoke with customer service thru Instagram and they sent the right plug super fast Regarding my cats it took time for my old lady to get use to it but my young cat was using it since the second I put sand on it It is very clean and really does the job We didn t know if it was good idea to spend so much money in a cat litter but it worth every cent Absolutely happy with the product and with their customer service We are thinking now to get the stairs for my old lady as she will need them soon due to her age
