Horrible experience

Horrible experience It took weeks for delivery I had to follow up to get order confirmation to get a tracking number to get a new tracking number that actually worked Communication from them was always vague When finally delivered - too late for the baby shower - the item came with no assembly instructions Would NEVER order from them again

Scam not responsive

Requested a return refund and have been waiting for many weeks for them to send the return label Followed up many times and got no response Looks like a scam website with very cheap and poorly made products never order anything from hereResponse to little pea shop s reply below I was promised a return label on March 27 I sent follow-up emails on April 4 8 and 14 and got absolutely no response until May 8 saying that I will get a refund And that was after I wrote this review in April the date mentioned is when it is updated not when it was originally posted So no this review is not misleading because I have never encountered such poor customer service and having to wait a month and a half for a return refund

SCAM

SCAM Requested to cancel the item that are still in prepared status and received a reply saying refund will be issued in 5-7 days but never received a refund Sent email multiple times afterwards but no response

Truly terrible

Ordered items beginning of April Never arrived so contacted them in mid-April for an update they told me they were being processed It s now mid-June I still have no items and they have stopped responding the numerous emails and social media messages I have left Literally just taken my money

No delivery of product lack of communication

Like others on here I ordered something in April for my son s birthday and now nearing the end of June they have not sent the item nor a tracking number and have now stopped responding to my emails requesting a refund or at least that they send me the item I am losing hope that I will ever get the product--forget about a refund At best they have the worst customer service I have ever experienced in an online retailer At worse they are scammers EDIT TO ADD I did finally receive a refund But it was only after sending multiple emails that went unanswered for many weeks and leaving reviews like this one I do hope you all improve your customer service experience

It took nearly a month to receive product It was packaged poorly not in a box and came crushed Product is cheap product from China I wouldn t recommend poor quality

I snagged a pool float from littlepeashop com for my 1-year-old and let me tell you it s been a game-changer this summer And shipping was a total breeze arriving at my doorstep in just 4 days But what really blew me away was their customer service These folks are seriously awesome I had a few questions and they were super friendly and went above and beyond to give me all the deets Makes the whole buying experience a total joy Just a quick disclaimer I did mention to them how awesome they were and they asked me to jump on here and leave a review which I was more than happy to do Check them out

I ordered the knotted crib bumper great quality and it fit the crib just perfectly The bumper color did not quite match my daughter s nursery The little pea shop were quick to respond to my email and super helpful getting me set up for an exchange Great all round service
