Ordered 4 Tonie characters for my toddler on their 4 for 3 deal They arrived quickly and well wrapped We were sent one that was actually wrong a different Cocomelon variant I didn t actually realise myself until I d already opened it I sent an email not asking for a switch or anything just to make them aware but I received an email back and a phone call personally apologising for the mistake and that they are sending out the correct one at no extra cost to me They are a small family run business and I m glad I chose them over the larger chain stores Will use again and recommend to others
