It doesn t work it has power all the way from plug to all around leds tested with electrical tester but does not illuminate at all

I emailed the seller with my request for our company logo and their design was perfect They even suggested adding the company s full name to the second line which I was very happy with When I received the neon I was surprised to see that it exceeded my expectations it was perfect The logo and the background create a harmonious and comfortable overall atmosphere Great work
