Horrible customer service
Worst online banking support in the UAE i messaged their support to have my account closed immediately I had to wait for more than an hour for them to reply and when they replied they just told me to use the app and ended the chat before i can even reply And the reason i wanted to close my account is because at some point they had to hold my account for an investigation because of unexpected charges And they held my account and my money for almost a year and nobody who i messaged or called nobody would answer me or help me they do not have an office where you can run to and have important issues resolved and the worse part is their support is so bad hands down one of my worst customer support experiences in UAE I swear there are so many other options for online banking across UAE with better services and online banking If you have a LIV account I would highly suggest closing it and find an actual bank where it would be safer and more reliable to keep your money I can t post screenshots here so I ll just mention the name of the person i was chatting with Name was pinku

One of the worst customer service
I can t believe I just opened an account with Liv bank and quickly discovered that their customer service is absolutely terrible It s practically non-existent I ve been waiting for hours without receiving any response This is beyond frustrating and concerning I have made up my mind - I will be closing this account immediately

poor app they are still in the jungle era if you face any problem you will get information after five days there is a new app called liv-X which is more difficult to use if you try this app you will understand that this app is developed by kids for some training purposes

Worst bank ever UNRELIABLE
Worst bank ever i made an international transfer 6days back but until now beneficiary doesnt receive the money the worst part is LIv already deducted it to my account OMG SUCH A NIGHTMARE Ive been trying to ask for help but customer service is not responsive enough they always making a copy paste reply everyday I will never ever do a transfer and planning to close this acct soonest I had this card since 2019 but this time is enough Customer service is the worst They just close the chat without even replying No help done You are just paying to ur customer service for nothing They are all garbage they are just doing a copy paste reply everyday UNBELIEVABLE WORST BANK EVER

Your customer service is terrible I ve been messaging the help center and the agent just says Hi and then closes the conversation No one replies to my messages for 3-4 days Even on WhatsApp no agent at all When I respond to liv customer service they immediately close the chat Are you employing AI bots I still have no update on my card because one of your customer agents blocked it without even sending a replacement

Please I advise anyone who wants open an account with Liv should not do so because there are many Fraud cases happening and there is no response at all They are sending automated messages that you should wait for 60 to 90 days which is not making sense at all considering that you ve lost big amount of money due there lack of security for there esteemed bank holders Plus they are still charging for the investigation Really disappointed with them
