A lot of money spent for no support
I have been happy with the weight loss I have not been happy with the Saint Cloud location There are a few reasons why You are supposed to get a phone call one a week and I have not gotten one now for four weeks this is the second time where I have been dropped off of there list of getting calls The other sense I got from them when I told them I did not want to buy there food anymore they were really not that interested in working with me It was very hard when I was getting calls weekly because you got a different person each week and they never seemed to know what the person said the week before all have different recommendations I have decided to go on my own and it was alot of money to spend for the support you dont get

Very bad company
Very bad company They asked for photos to pass the order so I ordered what they told me It arrived quickly and the price was fine The piece did not fit as they sold me something which had a different mounting system from what I had They wouldnt change it wouldnt accept any responsability for the wrong piece and sent me a photo of a cheap universal item that could be used anywhere and which they would deliver in 42 days Clearly we cannot wait 42 days for a replacement toilet seat The piece we had received arrived broken anyway and since we didnt open it straight away because the box was fine we would have had to buy a new one

A truly awful company Avoid them if you can
I wrote to describe the bad service of this company In the meantime I had to deal with the fact that not only was their product sent without the right piece but it arrived broken and I hadnt complained within 72 hours I agree I should have controlled the packet within 72 hours and accepted to buy a new one But the guy on the phone said he d see if he could find a political price discount as this was to replace a piece broken in the transport After two days the reply was not only no but I was insulted on the telephone and told that no way they would help me as I had written bad review about them on this site I bought the piece somewhere else and actually paid less than i d paid before from these people Incidentally if you try to order through manomano fr you get redirected to Livea I really suggest you buy from anyone else but not these unpleasant people

Damaged item Ok you pay for it says the company Not my problem
I would avoid this company trading under multiple company names I bought a toilet seat for 44 but it arrived damaged so I contacted them the same day Told them to issue a refund as I could not wait for the toilet seat as my house has been completed from a refurb and we were moving in so got a replacement from the shops They replied and stated that they will not issue any refund as I did not keep the outer packaging of the package when the item was delivered Who would keep the outer packaging of a damaged item They then offered me to buy another of the same product at cost price which means they wanted me to foot the bill for the damaged item completely I don t think this is right from a company of this size Please note I have spent quite some money with them and had plenty of previous orders with them Customer service is shocking Never again will I spent a penny on this poor customer service

Please don t buy from this company I bought a electric boiler and delivery time was 4to 5 days after a week a contact them about my order and they said that delivery time is 23days After waiting for month a received a mail that order is cancelled and i will refunded Argument was that they don t deliver to Belgium After 1 month they tell it s not possible to deliver Then i waited for 2 weeks for my refund everytime a contact them they said to me that the refund takes to 10 days after 2 weeks there was a cancellation of the refund I buy a lot online but i never seen this

Automatically charged for non delivery
I bought a shower screen from LIVEA but after they failed to make contact to arrange delivery I m now being charged 36 euros AUTOMATICALLY from my bank account for a return I am outraged and strongly advise against using them

Bad Customer Service
When my order arrived I was disheartened to find that it was broken due to inadequate packaging I immediately contacted your customer service team to report the issue and I was assured that someone would get back to me However despite waiting for a response no one followed up with me When I reached out again for an update I was informed that it was no longer possible to process a refund This is deeply frustrating as the delay in resolving this issue was not caused by me but by your team s lack of follow-through I am extremely dissatisfied with how this matter has been handled and feel let down as a customer

Never received our order
Never received our order waited weeks to be told it had been returned because the delivery company claimed the address was incomplete even though it was to be left with security at the gates to an urbanisation with one entrance and 24 hour security they then said they would issue a refund but not for the delivery luckily the company we bought it through refunded the delivery total waste of time and would never use again

Outstanding service from the outset
Exceptional customer service I m from the UK and placed an order a few days before the boarder closed before Christmas Straight away I received an email from Livea to notify me of the situation and to ask if I wanted to cancel my order or wait I opted to wait and asked for updates on the progress of my order To my utter amazement this is exactly what they did I order a lot of goods online and have never received this level of attentive customer service before Absolutely brilliant and refreshing to receive such good customer serviceI have now received my order which was very well packaged and exactly what I expected Companies in the UK need to learn from Livea
