We were visited by Jamie one of their consultants for two days of training Absolutely phenomenal not only did he keep us engaged he changed the view sets of members that have over 10 years in customer service sales I recommended these courses for those learning increasing or refreshing their skillsets

1st class training

The experience we had with Live and Learn from start to finish was excellent we were kept well informed prior to the training and Richard Bibby gave us top notch training on the days that he delivered to us The course topic had the possibility to be very mundane however this was not the case Richard made the topic entertaining whist also delivering the content required We will definitely be looking to use Live and Learn again for our training needs

Remote classroom training made easy We have worked with Live and Learn as our training partner for a number of years now and their service knowledge and delivery style is second to none Not only have they been able to easily adapt our already booked Training Course to a class room based session they were able to offer a range of 2 hour power sessions designed specifically for teams in lockdown I am so happy with the range of these subjects on offer and we chose Stress management mental resilience mental health awareness and leading in challenging times Despite being remote these sessions are the same high standard we are used to and still very interactive Well done team Live and Learn and thank you

Become a better communicator

I engaged with Live and Learn after a search to find a company to deliver in-house training and initially spoke to Lisa She was very enthusiastic questioned me on what we were after and recommended one of their courses Paul was recommended as the trainer Course details were sent to me along with company info and we proceeded with the booking On the day Paul delivered the course to 10 delegates and we found him to be very knowledgeable friendly and engaging The service we received from start to finish was first class and I would return to Live and Learn again
