The car arrived very well packed and protected The car is gorgeous and of amazing quality The customer service is amazing and they re very prompt to answer any questions or concerns The only negative is how long it took to receive my order but these days that s understandable I definitely highly recommend Livecarmodel and will be purchasing more from them

Very good buying experience

So just a couple of weeks ago I bought a Ferrari model from the website but there was a little complication that happened When the model arrived it had a little defect due to shipping so I contacted the manager and he responded very quickly He offered me two options I could either send the model back or keep it and get compensated So I chose the second option we negotiated and he is now sending me another 1 43 Porsche model as compensation additionally he also is willing to give a discount on my next purchase All of the above was carried out within a day Very good buying experience and the manager is super nice

Ordered from the Netherlands and can absolutely recommend Had initial contact with the seller before ordering which was really good and quick on the responses Took about 3-4 weeks before it arrived mostly due to Xmas holidays but worth the waiting
