Firstly I m an Aussie I have worked for these losers about a month ago From what I see the first two weeks they ll send you calls from clients who clicked on a fake UK profile Livelines don t give you a profile because they will give u job interviews out of nowhere in the 2-week testing period so that they can avoid paying you When clients hear that you re not British they get aggressive within 10 seconds If you say your work name without having your online profile they ll hang up within a minute even when you say hello Livlines UK are sending you callers who don t know who they are dealing with A lot of these callers are racist I am half Cantonese and Aussie so I don t sound British The recruiters of Livelines are putting the blame on me because the clients found out that they have been scammed I even had a caller that said to me that she got the wrong person Sometimes you ll get a caller that will test you with general readings who is also working for Livelines The first minutes when you are logged in you ll get a person from Livelines they send you calls from unblock able anonymous skype pretending to be a caller who is testing you how fast you respond to that first call Remember you don t get paid for every first minute that someone calls you The recruiters are really rude they even want you to do longer shifts out of nowhere Especially for my South American and Asian operators they ll use the time difference as an excuse that you can work in the evening hours aka few clients are calling in around that time If you don t do that like so many people said here you ll get logged out by the supervisors I had achieved the minimum target goal of 10 pond sterling they haven t paid me yet till this day Jamaican operators need to have at least 50 pond sterling before they get paid I ve been in touched with other operators both lines who aren t from the UK who warned me not to work for them They were right Let s keep it short if you aren t from the UK don t bother applying for them Like POBB chat operator they will find ways to boot you out so you don t get paid

Avoid this companyThey are a bunch of robbing cowboys with their non psychic and sex chat lines Their time will come then they won t be laughing off money wasn t illicitly

Terrible company to work for you re self employed yet they illegally make you do a dedicated shift during unsociable hours and then log you out during your shift complaining you re not keeping people on the phone for long enough The company gets paid per minute so whether you take lots of short calls or a few long calls it shouldn t matter They re more interested in readers buffering during calls to keep them on for longer rather than giving the callers straight up readings and answers Supervisors are rude and the company clearly unaware that by forcing you to work set hours they are going against employment law

Worst company to work for They don t care about their staff Treat you like dirt off their shoes Only interested in you doing the shirts then give you a mouth full if you can t do it Pay isn t worth it The customers phone up then hang up Always the same ones to that do it Then the company blame you They just care about making money not supporting people who work for them
