I was a little nervous ordering this item as there were quite a few negative reviews But i am so glad i did The order arrived 1 week before the estimated date The courier was very quick after the confirmation from livelusso that the item was ready and had been dispatched The sofa is lovely Just perfect and just as I imagined it would fit in the space Bravo

Little nervous on buying the sofa without seeing or sitting on but I shouldn t have worried as everything is great Would recommend and would use again Have already recommended to a few friends too

Hadn t really heard of these guys b4 but after ordering the swatches i was happy to place an order And i must say im very pleased i did Such a delight was kept upto date offered flexible delivery dates and rubbish was taken away too

I bought a fabulous curved orange sofa after looking online for months to find one The sofa took a little longer than originally intended to arrive but communication for Live Lusso customer service was honest and informative My new sofa arrived after 12 weeks and I m happy happy with the result

Amazing customer service Unfortunately our original sofa was unable to fit into our apartment however the customer service team was able to quickly assist and cancel our order and then place a new order for a more suitably sized piece The response and communication was incredibly quick efficient and clear I couldn t be happier with the service we have received and looking forward to receiving my new order

Trustpilot begins by asking what made your experience great In 1 word Sara Now let me explain I was taking a look around the site not entirely sure upon which specific design to choose from and whilst browsing Sara popped up on the livechat asking if we needed help It has been a long time since I have met such a professional and friendly livechat She honestly made it a pleasure to browse around the site and helped me every step of the way She outlined all the ways we could purchase the sofas and was incredibly helpful I ended up ordering 2 sofas and a chair from the Columbia and Pomezia range I normally buy sofas once every 10 years or so so I ll be back in 10 years livelusso if im still around

Livelusso is a stylish place

To find designs that aren t available in other stores The sheer amount of them was overwhelming at the start but once i reached out to them Emily was nice enough to sort through them and give me her recommendations Must say im v pleased with the Naples now that its arrived

After reading the negative reviews before posting mine I can honestly say I feel like I m the one who pulled off the scam A 3 seater sofa for 1200 with free delivery Daylight robbery
