WARNING Do not use Paul Livermore s estate agents In 2021 my son died aged 35 as Livermore s was close by and boasted of winning many awards i thought they could be trusted Initially I dealt with Tony Griffiths I did not have a good feeling about him to begin with his photography was pore quality he said he needed to send the pictures away to have blue skies added don t know who he thought he was kidding I told him the sale of this house was to be handled with care as I was still grieving the loss of my Son After some viewings Tony said he had an offer this was from a woman MS Bale her Father was selling the family home and was to give her the money his buyer was a cash buyer Tony assured me he had checked it all out and that as a private buyer was paying under the market value for the Father s house he would not drop out Tony had failed to inform Liz Pain Sales team at Dartford branch leading to delays and my having to do all the chasing I complained to Paul Livermore who agreed his company had fallen short of its standard Nearly three months past then the buyer dropped out I complained why did Tony recommend I accept the offer of some one who could not provide proof of funds this all caused me a great amount of stress and anxiety Livermore s just made excuses for their Management We then got another offer this lasted another three months when they withdrew I was having to frequently call Liz Pain she is rude talks over you with out taking a breath at one point she put the phone down on me Just after this I had written to Paul Livermore his reply was to cancel our contract in December 2022 stating they no longer wished to act for me The house had been Marketed in May 2022 to December 2022 As an Agent they are uncaring and untrustworthy and unprofessional Wish I had never have used them they have wasted my valuable time in what have been difficult circumstances

Very disappointing We check few properties with them but we didnt like as they where to small Now after sending 4-5 email asking to stop calling and sending emails messages with their jumk properties they still keep on spamming Also the lady agent was okay but the joe is annoying one Just trying to push anything he can He even sends random properties that we never had interest in and never met our criteria Would recomend to stay away as seems to be more scam than legit

Rented flat year ago we reported that the radiators were not working during the first days of rental An employee came and said they needed to be replaced and that was it Year later radiators still not working Reported around 2 weeks ago again they asked when they can come in and check them send them all informations and no respond again High bills at a temperature of 10 degrees outside with the remaining radiators turned on as much as possible we cannot have more than 18 degrees in the flat We are forced to replace them on our own which is not our fault

People are so judgmental in Livermores I have been spoken to like I m trash when seeking 2 bed properties I have then gone for 1 bed and told me it s too small nothing is ever explained just told They are so rude and unprofessional

I have put my offer down for flat in crayford high Street and I filled all the paperwork the asked for the flat and they just turned up said to me flat is sold I gone back to them and said why you didn t come back to me my offer was not accepted they got higher offers I said I will pay more for it They just turned up to be getting money back handed I have found the owner details I did write to him I have attached my email and to see what corrupt agents they are in Crayford branch

Very disappointing and useless estate agent in Dartford is Livermores 1 First of the staff is very judgemental they treat you like trash feels as if they are doing you a favour by selling a property even though I am the customer who is buying a property 2 Staff is very slow and don t respond unless they are being kicked by seller in their back they simply don t value customers as their commission comes from seller 3 Staff is very good at threatening you that complete the sale asap or seller is looking to pull-out Apparently I happened to have seller s contact details and seller had no intention to pull-out 4 All the top staff of Livermores Dartford are same so avoid this estate agent at all cost if possible

Absolutely disgusting Went to Livermores Crayford to search for a 1 bed property got told straight in the face that they don t have anything to-let Then I inquired about one of their available properties through Zoopla they called me for a viewing Staff are so judgmental absolutely ridiculous

DARTFORD BRANCH - Sent multiple emails to view properties to let and never heard from them Called 3 days in a row and no answer Emailed again today no reply Called again and they finally answered Gave no name Asked about the property I showed interest in Was told it s not available and then they hung up Is there any need to be that unprofessional

I was very impressed with the service I received from Livermores Crayford In particular Jerry Messias Crayford Office went well above and beyond - even when he was supposed to be having his day off I will of course be recommending Livermores to anyone wanting to buy sell property

Experienced a very professional but friendly service from Livermores Crayford and would highly recommend to others In particular Lisa Harris and Jerry Messias kept me up to date with the process of selling my property and were prompt handling any queries Could not fault their service
