So happy with the service I ve received from Living Styles- found the most beautiful and unique lamps which arrived promptly unfortunately a small part was missing but amazingly turned up so quickly after I let them know Would definitely recommend this company

Love the sofa and it s beautiful blue colour except the seat is a bit too hard because of the high density foam That s not a bit issue Customer service is good Delivery guys went out of their way to help bringing the sofa to my downstairs bedroom Thanks

I emailed LivingStyles about wanting to order another tree that I d already received and loved The quality was exceptional Erin from Customer Service emailed immediately She sourced and arranged my new order the next day and remained in touch right up to delivery The delivery service was very quick and efficient Erin s customer service was exemplary and she is the reason for my 5 stars Highly recommend this company

I haven t received my item yet Understand it is being delivered to regional Queensland but I received a text message from Giffen Furniture Removals on Thursday June 16th informing my delivery would be happening on Monday June 20th and to please confirm which I did do Monday morning at 10 20 I called Giffen to find out what time my delivery would be coming today only to be told it s coming tomorrow between 2-4pm A little late to be changing delivery date time plus I wonder if I hadn t called would I have been notified of the change at all Disappointing service to say the least Regards Jody TorrensHappy to report my concerns have been resolved and item received I was contacted promptly after posting my original review and offered an explanation as to why my item had not arrived I was very happy with the follow up service
