Not Worth the Money

Not impressed at all I would rate it as total J U N K except for the attachment that does facial hair works decently The shaver though doesn t work well at all I tried it every way possible Wet dry shave gel soap you name it I tried it and it left stubble I couldn t get a smooth result no matter what I tried From the time I ordered it to the date of receipt was 38 days I tried contacting the company but was unsuccessful All I got was please be patient For the actual shaver I d give it 1 out of 10 and for the facial hair shaver I d give that a 7 out of 10 For the company itself A big goose egg Zero 0 10

Product doesn t work Reached out to customer support on 8 11 24 After a few days they responded telling me to use the product I told them again it doesn t work and I want to return 14 11 requested a return again 16 11 confirmed that I was wanting a return and was told they would refund in 2-10 days 1 12 emailed again asking about refund no confirmation of it had been provided No response Emailed again 3 12 24 still no response It s been 4 weeks since initial contact and 3 weeks since I was told I was receiving a refund Scam company who just take your money after sucking you in then provide you with a product that does nothing and ignore you Do not waste your money
