Before the survey even started I shared some of the areas I was concerned about and the surveyor got in touch with the panel to explain that they might not be able to examine these areas as closely as I hoped and could they please check if I was still happy to go ahead knowing that information which I really appreciated The report was very detailed and also included advice on how to maintain the property and prevent damage which was very useful as a first-time buyer
