Count your fingers Their website announces their company as a mortgage broker with a page dedicated to overseas meaning non-UK properties In spite of that they would not consider a property in Japan as it is overseas Then there is an invitation for a survey for a GBP 5 reward Needless to write this is another mirage I dread to think what if I had dealt with such a company and where nasty surprises misrepresentations and lies would have come and in what form Try them at your own peril if you dare

This is a scam I did not apply for a loan yet an email arrived in my inbox saying my application was almost complete I have my credit protected by a referencing agency so checked there Nothing was on my account I had a security specialist check out the email which looked completely genuine and they confirmed the scam

It s a very nice first rate is low

I was treated in a very professional and polite manner in a way that made it easy for me to understand the information I was given
