Heard great stuff was disappointed
What a disappointment I had heard so many good things about you and decided to go to your shop at N rre Farimagsgade last Saturday expecting some vejledning and good service buying new running shoes Unfortunately the employee I met seemed not interested despite the shop not being busy I informed her that after running in the same shoes for way too long wanted to invest in a good model but that I needed some help and guidance in finding the right ones for a neutral running style At one point I was given a model and upon trying I noted that I had previously seen that the shoe wasn t for a neutral running style but for overpronators She agreed but said it was minimal and didn t matter That might be accurate but I think it might be important to know before I sink 1200kr into a shoe that might not be the right fit At no point was I offered a running test She just kept asking whether the shoes I had on felt good Unfortunately that was so unhelpful that I decided to find another shop with better service
