Great lobster tails customer service
I ve only ordered lobster tails With the exception of my last order which I ll speak to the LTs were packed to ensure they arrived cold sometimes nearly frozen sizes are consistent and accurate etc Upon cooking the meat is tender and sweet I usually broil or grill My last order all was consistent except the appearance of what I would describe as freezer burn dryness discoloration on the exposed part I emailed their customer service morning after I received my order explained the issue and included photos Received a response same day with an apology and an offer to make the matter correct I chose the recompense I wanted and received confirmation it would be made so I could not ask for better customer service And I will continue to give them my business since nothing is perfect and this one instance was addressed professionally compassionately etc Also as of my last order pricing is better than most competitors

While my lobsters did not arrive until 4 days after they were scheduled to be here your staff was most accommodating and willing to amend for the failure of the shipper The full price credit and offer of a discount on my next order encouraged me to order from you again and I will do so the next time the lobster urge captures this now transplanted New Englander

Bad weather - Full refund
Although bad weather prevented our lobsters from arriving on time which was totally out of Lobsters Online control they fully refunded us promptly because we had the travel insurance I would be happy to do business with them again and highly recommend to others
