Poor service unfair treatment

I used Locanto for 11 months without any issues and then they put my ad automatically in a category Escort and started demanding me to pay money for a free ad I do not provide any Escort or sex for money I was just looking for a long term relationship Their understanding of English language is very poor which does not allow them to assess the ads properly There are lots of scammers on this site because real people like me were blocked to use this site for free I would not recommend people to use this site due to their unfair conduct and abusing their power and providing misleading information publicly letting people know that I provide Escort service when in fact I do not do this

I have no photos to put on my ad cause

I have no photos to put on my ad cause I am advertising to purchase a vehicle specified in ad what type year vost etc as there are many I can t get past the area where it says you must post an photo to place your ad Whomsoever added this area must put a category where if you have none you can continue with the posting Also they won t post the ad unless you answer questions about what you need I has already said what I need in my ad so this area should be revised to not include stuff that was slready said in the ad

Hello ALL MALWARE VIRUS WARNING

Hello ALL I am from Edmonton My experience was horrible I replied to an ad received a reply the reply person asked for my personal email address to communicate with their reasoning was that they felt Locanto was not safe I received an email from the advertiser and subsequently got a malware virus from the email got it fixed a second person that I know also got the same result from this advertiser when I wrote to Locanto gave them the account of this advertiser ect I NEVER GOT A REPLY The advertiser continued to run the same ad I flagged the ad from several different phones and laptops AND THE AD CONTINUES TO BE SHOWN SO BE CAREFUL AS YOU COULD BE THE NEXT TO MAKE FRIENDS WITH A POP UP VIRUS AND DESTOYING VIRUSES BE CAREFUL

I deleted my profile on Locanto yet am

I deleted my profile on Locanto yet am still getting numerous emails from Locanto about their Hashtag dating I am not interested in these The emails come to my different email addresses yahoo and gmail and are very annoying There s no way to send them Unsubscribe request I have a screenshot of the last spam email from Locanto to prove but don t know how to upload the screenshot here

Now a waste of time

local Classified advert site sent messages through the site to many advertisers - the blue check marks indicate the message has been delivered and read - but not one reply - from dozens of messages Are the blue checks genuine or just generated by the locanto system Or perhaps the advertiser is now not actually able to respond unknown it used to work fine a few months ago If the free messaging part has been deliberately disabled - then the site owners are foolish beyond words A classified ad website that does not allow contact between advertiser and customer - is a pointless waste of time Advertisers will realise this VERY QUICKLY and go elsewhere And that will be the end of Locanto

This website is just full of scam merchants locanto want you to pay for prime membership No one reply s to messages EVER I am surprised that locanto put this on trustpilot Their is no way you could ever trust locanto com it one BIG SCAM All good review are FAKED by locanto them self Just like their ROUGE website

Deceptive site Is a scam I tried posting a free personals message it shows posted under my locanto account but is ghosted If I try to see the message in a different browser is not there I think the existing ads are bogus the personals section I even paid and is still ghosted They charged my card but the post is still ghosted Total scam and waste of time These people should be investigated by Interpol and the German Police

The dating service of this service is very depressing Never even try it I had been chatting on locanto dating and had loads of chats with a person which were my life saving memories The other person for some reason unmatched me from his list perhaps That all the old chats deleted from my list as well which I had kept as life saving memories of chat with the person I am very much depressed now as it got deleted from my list without my knowledge I wantvmy previous chats back please

Locanto nothing but scammers and prostitutes Messed around with it for over a year and never any genuine ladies Funny most of the scammers seem to be using stolen pictures and when you statt asking specific questions about the town they are supposedly in they will panic and send an address However they can t give you any landmarks or tell you if that side of town is the Northside for instance as it s locally known Just to mess with them I ask for a selfie of them touching their chin or nose with their index finger and you can guess how many pics i received of that Locanto knows this is the case and is complicit with the activities

Too many advertisers that don t acknowledge and respond to answers to their ads even in covid they won t respond stating in lockdown down can t meet but can chat here or something along those lines I don t recommend the use of Locanto for the above reasons
