I was at the UPS Store 1042 Willow

I was at the UPS Store 1042 Willow Creek Prescott AZ at 10 15 this morning Went in to drop 2 returns to Amazon The woman there there was only one at the counter was extremely rude She did not say one thing to me which in itself would be fine with me but I asked her a very simple question She would not answer me even though I repeated She scanned my QR codes handed me my receipt and sat back down Unbelievably rude zero customer service I have been to this store many times with no issues I am not one to write reviews but this really irked me This is not the job for this woman

Not helpful to small business

As many I work remotely and needed an affidavit notarized that validates my signature I made an appointment but was refused notarization when I visited the location Their reasoning was I could not show them the contents of a CONFIDENTIAL REPORT They are not validating the accuracy of the confidential report but just that my signature is the one attached to the affidavit I m under a contract that prohibits me sharing confidential report contents until it is a public document they didn t care I should mention they have notarized similar documents at this location more than 20 times in the past as I have done this type of work since 2006 Sometimes a little control in the wrong hands leads to disruption for others just trying to get their job done This is NOT the place for businesses to get assistance I will find another business partner This location is in Raytown Missouri

DO NOT USE 1440 Coral Ridge Dr Coral Springs FL 33071 I have a box paid in full for a year I want to keep it but move to a new location as I bought a new home north I was told you can cancel if you want but no refunds I explained I did not want to cancel or want a refund I would just like to transfer my service as I was sure they would want to sell the box to the next person So long story short I do not need the box at this location I paid 375 for it but will now have to go to another UPS location to pay another 375 Each store is a franchise but there should be some concessions made for yearly box holders Just use FedEx and post office boxes If you need to use UPS just avoid this particular location The new owner is very rude to customers The last time he was arguing with an old lady over a label ridiculous UPS should be embarrassed

Live Oak store horrible scam Spent 15 minutes on the phone with Amazon business to confirm I was to package and seal my return AS WAS stated in my written return instructions Store claimed I did this in incorrectly and wanted me to purchase their shipping box bag Normally this wouldn t be a big deal but this was just another DISHONEST BUSINESS OWNER MANAGER trying to make a quick buck He was reported to Amazon for deceptive business practices

UPS stealing packages

The UPS STORE 5231 NE Antioch Rd Kansas City MoTook packages open in to store Few weeks later received an email from Amazon stating I didn t send the item back That I used the right box but sent a totally different item Contacted UPS store and they said it s nothing they can do it s been a month So I then called headquarters before I could finish saying what happened she said well we can t pull the cameras anymore they only last two weeks so there s nothing to do and a supervisor won t call you back Really how professional

THE UPS STORE 861I went to this location to make copies The young lady was very rude and unprofessional She talked to me in a very condescending manner had poor customer service skills Was rushing me to make the copies and when I tried to explain to her that I needed a different number for various pages She started telling me how rude I was so I said I just need you to slow down so I can tell you which ones I need more than one copy She kept saying smart comments I reminded her that I was the customer which meant nothing to her so I said never mind give me my papers back and I will go somewhere else I asked to speak to the manager who heard everything and he seemed uninterested when I asked how to write a review He claimed there should be some business cards available but there were none and he did not offer to find one Very disappointed with the very poor customer service and I will Not use this store again Worth driving out of the way to avoid store 861 on Elmwood
