Called to make an appointment as door not locking left details and Mick called back a little while later as we had been promised Arranged to come first thing next morning Turned up on time Mick was very professional and personable explained exactly what the problem was and what needed doing Wouldn t hesitate to use again if necessary

Morne was very efficient and after me calling to explain the issue key stuck in door he was able to detail the labour cost no call out fee and come out straight away which was reassuring He was round within 1 2 an hour quickly assessed the job outlined the options and fitted a new lock all within 30 mins so very happy with the service

Alistair arrived within two hours of my telephone call He explained the reason for the problem with the lock barrel He was professional polite and informative and replaced the barrel in a very short time I recommend him to others and would definitely contact him for future jobs
