Anti snap lock packed up on the front

So the locking mechanism collapsed in my door so called these to come to open up They took my details and said someone would be with me in 30 min 2 mins later the guy who was coming called and told me he would be there in 30 mins too While waiting I checked the reviews on here and got worried as they aren t good but I decided to wait anyway The guy arrived on time really friendly explained to me what had happened Checked my other doors to see if there was a cheaper way of gaining access but unfortunately not He told me the price up front nothing was hidden and was very genuine So I thought I would write a review on here to show that it s not all bad sometimes people just don t want to pay for something that they hadn t planned to happen but everyone knows that a locksmith is expensive anyway surely I thought it was a reasonable price and the Romanian man that came to me was polite on time and very helpful and genuine Will use again
