experience overall was disappointing

I recently ordered 24 meals of various kinds from L wenanteil While the ordering process itself was straightforward my experience overall was disappointing Upon opening the box I noticed that two glasses were broken To their credit after filing a complaint through their feedback form I received a refund for the damaged items which was handled promptly so far so good However after trying several of the meals I have to say I did not enjoy the taste or texture Most of the meals resembled some sort of stew with largely unidentifiable ingredients and a pulpy consistency Taste is of course subjective but for me all the meals ended up feeling and tasting quite similar lacking distinct flavors or variety When I reached out to L wenanteil to ask about a possible refund for the unopened meals I was informed that they do not offer refunds The only option would have been to return the remaining meals within 14 days of purchase at my own cost Unfortunately my purchase was 16 days ago so I m no longer eligible At this point I ll likely donate the meals to people in need while I d prefer to give away food I personally enjoyed I d rather not let it go to waste All in all this was not a positive experience and I cannot recommend buying from L wenanteil While others might enjoy their products the combination of taste texture and customer service policies did not meet my expectations

Young company grandpa tricks

I think they must have bought their rating on some other platform I give one star for using glass and the other for fast shipment Did not care for the product or for the return process I ordered a starter pack tried a couple of meals and they were not tasty at all So I sent the rest back Return is a pain in the neck first you have to send it to a different address second they do not provide a paid return shipment They say that they cannot do that because they are a young company yet they provide no email address where to send a return request and make it sound like you need to fill out a paper form grandpa style So they deliberately make it difficult for customer to do a return And they are not interested why you returned their product so not interested in improving Young company old tricks No more for me thank you very much

delivery was fine The glass jars were properly packed in a proper cardboard box Perfect for the logistics Tried two different flavors so far I am actually not impressed I do not like the taste but that s a personal opinion The chickpea curry I had to add additional curry so that it taste like a curry The peanut curry tasted much better but I like things creamy with vibrant flavors it s not hitting that part The fake chicken was a nice touch though But I think it s all about personal preference I still have five different ones to go

I really like these quick meals

I really like these flavoursome products With so much variety and new launches you can never get bored of repetition My personal favourite is the soy chunks Keep up the great work
